Why did they convert the shares on 28th Aug TUESDAY when they had till 31st FRIDAY to pay YA cash back as per the deal??

Why would you need lawyers to give the okay for FRR to state that they have already paid YA in cash on time? They had plenty of other things to say - why not state that, if it's true. It's a fact that they've either paid or not.

How do you know what the NDA states and the agreement with the JV. You're just guessing.

Whsak, let the lawyers sort it out. You could say that so far YA haven't got any shares though, maybe Zaza has turned over a new leaf.

Can you list just one for me?

Anyway my own short term targets are 0.80p / 1p / 2.5-3p.

If any of the above are to be achieved investors need either decent flow rates and or a decent JV.

I love FRR management - they do everything I want them to do as a bear of the Company and its assets.

Do you think increasing the share count from 70m shares in issue to ~16bn is not helpful to shorters?

Why do you think such little information has been given on the T wells and their flow rates? Why do you think FRR hasn't come out and explicitly said that cash has been paid to YA on schedule for August in lieu of their debt?

Why has there been no further announcement on the funding for Niko, especially after bears doubted ta the time of announcement that the money would ever arrive and were laughed at by you?

Zaza said recently that YA would never get another share from FRR then, soon afterwards, issued them with 10m shares so he could spread payments out.


That wasn't an RNS and he obviously meant no more death spiral placements and not a small chunk of shares.

Oil prices collapsed, hardly a surprise.

There are literally thousands of stocks out there. Most of them with better risk/reward than this. It amazes me that some people choose to hang on to such grim companies, rather than just move on and accept they got it wrong. We all get it wrong. The key is to limit the losses, not to ignore them or, even worse, double down on them.

Who's to say Zaza knew they'd go ahead and sell the shares but they intended on paying in cash at the last min to catch them out. Isn't as far fetched as you think.

@fozzy I'm agreeing with you. The TW email doesn't mean FRR lied (this time). Doesn't look like YA are getting paid in cash though does it?
