I've seen a recent 100 page+ document by the Georgia gov on the oil and gas in Georgia and I have seen how much they have changed their tune. This wasn't the case 2-3 years ago.
Something has happened and I believe FRR are in the mix somewhere.

This doc isn't inside info it's out there on the web and stumbled on it by pure chance.

Ah ok 600k a month but that's only a $7.2m a year. The interest on their debt is almost that c$6m. Last year they reported losses of $14m.

FWIW I think they are producing less than 100boepd. They are also totally skint.

Loggy,

That's a fair question. I don't think Zaza will climb down. If he does I'll listen to the reasons and make a judgement call.

I'm now waiting for more news on the two Majors.

Things will happen very fast here now so I don't think there's too much longer to wait.

600k a month Loggy, I think FRR need to be doing around 300bopd and selling the stuff just to keep the lights on. Could be a bit more maybe 350bopd.

Anyway, point is I think T39 is doing around 250bopd at least 100bopd between Dino and T45. The M fields must be doing around 50bopd. So FRR could have current production around 400bopd.

I think 400bopd is enough for the day to day stuff

The trend is back down until a wipe out dilution of rns for suspension, which ever comes first.

Here's another question @fozzy.

If Zaza climbs down and issues shares to YA because production doesn't cover cash payments will you conclude that the T wells are duff and sell up?

The good news is I'm sure he'll dress it up and give a good reason for giving in. Probably something like "free up funds for Niko" or similar so you might get a decent price.

What do you think FRR's everyday running costs including YA are? About 600k? So FRR need to be doing around 300bopd and selling the stuff. I think FRR are doing at least 300 bopd.

-----------

I'm not going to convince you to sell but maybe I can convince you that you can't add up.

$600,000/300 is $2,000. Unless war has broken out in the middle East I don't think FRR get that per bbl.

I don't think it costs 600k a day to run FRR more like $60k but that's still $200/bbl.

Well well well. So Fudder, it's amazing what can be unearthed.

Didn't realise you were a failed gambler who had to declare bankruptcy, which in turn lost your home and your wife, not only that, your ex family also state you're a registered alcoholic. Oh dear.

He's a wife beater.

WShak,

You're not going to convince me to sell. You may have good or bad intentions I don't really know and it's not important.

If FRR are not selling oil and generating income then FRR will have to come clean very soon. In this light, we'll know soon enough I.e within weeks.

What do you think FRR's everyday running costs including YA are? About 600k? So FRR need to be doing around 300bopd and selling the stuff. I think FRR are doing at least 300 bopd. There could be a lag between producing the stuff and selling it but I believe FRR have turned a page.

We'll get the photo eventually. Don't think you'll be as smug then, huh.

Log,I foresee a backing down by Zaza pretty quickly on this - if YA allow him to, which they may not.Frankly, I've no idea what FRR are playing at, as I'd have thought the terms would be pretty clear. They've been forced to issue an RNS declaring that a Notice of Default has been issued, all because they wanted to delay issuing shares and letting the market know that they hadn't the funds to pay in cash.Silly, silly boys.

Ccr to be fair he sounds pretty mad!

BTW SpreadEx short clients will have be asked to close if they were short against another clients long position who sold. Net/net there's no additional buying a long sold and the short buys that's all that happened.

I wonder how long it will take Zaza to give up with this pretence that FRR is producing oil and gas and give YA the shares he owes them?

I guess when that happens he'll have difficulty mugging PIs for more cash since FRR will really have nothing to offer.

Thefozzer,You claimed that Zaza had given shorters a 2 fingered salute and insinuated that there was no truth to the fact that FRR often works with those that are short to fund itself. If it's true, which you now readily accept, doesn't that concern you if you are advocating open market purchases of FRR?

Lol, why do I want to see your trades WShak? I dont doubt you may have taken part in placements. Anyone with a large enough account and decent broker or contacts can do the same.

I'm not disputing FRR were a dog in the past although there are mitigating factors beyond the control of FRR i.e Russkies, conflicted politics, oil price crash and tough geology.

Sometimes in life WShak everything comes together. Right place right time. I believe FRR's time is now.
