17/9/2018 15:03 | @fozzy the RNS doesn't say this. Untill today you were very clear that YA were being paid in cash. Now you say YA can't count or understand a contract they drafted! | ![]() loglorry1
17/9/2018 15:01 | A rights issue?Lol! Good luck with that! | ![]() wshak
17/9/2018 14:44 | @tickboo are you really saying YA have taken this step despite being paid back as agreed? | ![]() loglorry1
17/9/2018 14:33 | tickboo - are you really still this naive? After all this time of being lead up the garden path? And back down it at breakneck speed come to that. | ![]() bumpa33
17/9/2018 14:27 | I see that there are some claims knocking around that FRR have paid YA their $265K and YA have no right to ask for shares. If they have been paid for the last 241 convertibles, why are they asking for $2,650,000 in return for 2,650 convertibles, which is the same number that FRR said remained after the last cash payment? Today's RNS says nothing about a further cash payment being made since then and the figures in it tie up. However, we have people posting anonymously to say that YA are expecting to be paid twice for the same shares! It's nonsense - read the RNS. | ![]() wshak
17/9/2018 14:26 | It seems TA were paid in cash hence FRR said -The Company vigorously disputes the validity of both the Conversion Notices and the Purported Default Notice, and is continuing to investigate YA II PN Ltd.'s actions in that regard. The Company is unable to comment further at this time pending further investigation with its advisers and the receipt of legal advice.I suggest YA were shorting hence they're investigating YA's actions. | ![]() tickboo
17/9/2018 14:12 | @fozzy why don't FRR just pay YA what they owe them with cash from oil sales? | ![]() loglorry1
17/9/2018 13:37 | Dross & Clone should be jailed now . why antagonise the people who keep you afloat? YA are scum. .but they offer a service others don't... YA are guaranteed to come out of this handbag brawl better off. . | satanslave
17/9/2018 13:02 | @fozzy what happens to companies that can't repay their debts and can't raise equity? | ![]() loglorry1
17/9/2018 12:41 | Mick the RNS has stated YA have not been paid. What are you going on about. Yellow Jersey are just PR not worth listening to. | ![]() loglorry1
17/9/2018 12:34 | YellowJerseyIR144 postsRE: QuestionsI have been told that fully paid and agree if they had miss payment the NOMAD would have insisted on an RNS. | ![]() mick1909
17/9/2018 12:33 | If anyone thinks I'm being a bit mean in not closing my short in #FRR, it is still valued at ~£80m enterprise value, including £26m in debt and has no means to pay even $265K/month and has been given Notice of Default by YA. It is effectively bust. Bloomberg fundamentals here: | ![]() wshak
17/9/2018 12:29 | Gone through as a sell... all is not what it seems. | ![]() ccr1958
17/9/2018 12:21 | I love the way bulls describe bears as "getting desperate" as the price grinds down in the face of everything bears have claimed gradually coming true. I have never been more comfortable with my position that #FRR is a total sham. | ![]() wshak
17/9/2018 12:20 | Couldn’t resist I just had another 900k | ![]() ccr1958
17/9/2018 12:20 | Strange how the share price is holding up. | ![]() dodge city
17/9/2018 12:12 | Frontera lying again. Who’d have thought it. | ![]() bumpa33
17/9/2018 12:06 | Market is giving investors time to sell out today before the company have to admit they are bust, which could be announced any minute in the imminent future. | xc1
17/9/2018 12:01 | The old death spiral had conversion around first week of each month. They didn't state which date on the new agreement However YA would not have requested conversion if none were due. Are you saying you think the request was invalid? Regardless the prior ones was due so they are still in default. I wonder what the penalties are for default. Pretty onerous I'd have thought. Remember fozzy no oil revenues, no funding, no cash and YA putting them in default. Either huge dilution cometh or they shut up shop. | ![]() loglorry1
17/9/2018 11:55 | Yes and so FRR again suppressed material news to the market. They allowed the market to believe oil revenues were paying YA and two majors were interested and concealed the fact that YA had issued a conversion notice because they had not had a cash payment. Poor folk like Fozzy bought thinking FRR were out of the woods. Disgusting behaviour the NOMAD will surely be under a lot of pressure here. | ![]() loglorry1
17/9/2018 11:55 | Loggy, Hmmmmm how do you know the terms of the agreement? The end of the month seems to be the conversion date. Why would YA convert the day of the JV RNS a week after the last one? Seems very dodgy, anyway at -10% down the market isn't overly concern either. | ![]() thefozzer |
