You'd have to be brave to bet against FRR legal team, they always win. LOL

Loggy,

Any ideas when the settlement date is for YA? Ouch :-(

Has there ever been any genuine good news from FRR?
_______________________________________________________

1) 202TCF internal gas estimates

2) NSA 9tcf+ gas estimates

3) 250 bopd T39 flow rates

4) 2 majors looking to potentially do a deal with FRR

Not bad eh?

Plenty of shareholder meetings. He wants your cash because he's put you in default.

Sounds like we may get a significant update before October...

Anyone know the settlement day for YA?

There could well be a short squeeze :-)

I agree I doubt Zaza would turn up without some form of good news. H1 due end of next week and hopefully some ops news with it. T-39 started EWT on 4th July so first week in Oct will be 90+ days. Hopefully we get some flow rates before the meeting. 250bopd with a 3mm choke and gas being produced which ensures the pressure is still good so oil should flow. We'll see.

Wshak and Loggy do seem very desperate today.

This really is a storm in a tea cup. If YA broke the terms of the agreement and greedily forward sold shares in September on the day on the JV RNS then let them burn I say...

Agreed, someone selling without a fixed price needs their head looking at. There's going to be a shareholder meeting early Oct.From LSE - Well the interim results RNS will be with us by a week Friday so we'll have some kind of news for definite. Hopefully gas and oil sells are nearly double where we were last year ($1.5m) and more importantly we have some ops news to whet the appetite. I doubt Zaza will bother meeting us without some optimism delivered in an RNS.

@fozzy do you know that FRR are legally required to pay YA $2.65m that they don't have?
_______________________________________________________________________________

Loggy, YA tried to do another conversion the day of the JV RNS just a few days after the previous one. YA were obviously selling those shares (they didn't have) in the 0.40s. I think this is the issue FRR have.

Could be a short squeeze on the cards.

Some panic selling first thing, 2m st 0.22, that's gotta hurt. Nearly £2,000 lost had they waited to now.

Why create this mess , for no reason ? The recent status quo has been interrupted but why ?

So, in summary:

1. No published flow rates for T45, Dino or T39.

2. No money has arrived for Niko as promised.

3. No payment in cash on debt owed to YA

4. Death spiral provider YA has issued a Notice of Default with respect to $2.65m

5. None of the above released to the market in a timely manner.

Are you now willing to admit T wells aren't even producing enough cash to pay YA.

Don't give me the it takes time to sell the oil. That's what banks are for or even Zaza could lend FRR the money against future oil sales.
---------------------------------

Don't be daft Loggy. RBL takes time to arrange. Besides I think T45 and Dino have low flow rates, it's T39 which will be the cash cow.

Let's see where this goes obviously uncertainty is never good for investors but I think this really is a storm in a tea cup.

Good day

Not just the price Dodge but the validity of the two conversion notices.

Can you imagine a bucket street lender involved in shennagins? Never.

Sounds like FRR have stood up for share holders here. Could well be short squeeze on the cards.
