I actually saw the YA RNS as a positive Wshak.

It said to me that Zaza is now operating from a position of power and has an Ace up his sleeve. Maybe Zaza turned a blind eye to YA in the past? Not saying there was anything illegal going on like, honestly.

Anyway, they can now go whistle if there was a breach in the contract. I read the RNS as though YA have made a serious mistake, hell they didn't even respond to FRR did they?

Anyone reading your posts might imagine that bears have been caught off-guard by recent RNSs. In fact, they have had total vindication so hardly a reason to "flap"?

The shares are currently 0.325p, compared to my 0.5377p average sale price so why would I be unhappy? I'll obviously be happier when they inevitably drift towards 0p but Rome wasn't built in a day.

Something very fishy going on with YA and shorts.

Both Wshak and Loggy were flapping like Big Sally's.

It's probable if there was a big short on that the RNS and drop allowed them to close. However, with the Shareholder meeting in Oct, HY results due next week and 2 majors sniffing there's sure to be some massive news in the pipeline.

FRR is insolvent and will have to issue an RNS for suspension, pending Administration.

We paid in cash and they returned it wanting shares instead. But we need clarification of this even though YJ say we paid it.Secondly, why only a few days after the first notice, then serve another which then is presumed to create a default over the whole deal on the SAME day????Doesn't make sense. It smacks of desperation by YA... If we are taking this on legally, then be sure this is watertight...we haven't lost a legal battle in 20 years. Weve had many. This time YA might just find themselves cancelling the debt, because my mole says they have been caught out being very naughty..hence a major dealer asking that their clients close short business on FRR. Note they didn't advise long clients to close....nudge nudge wink wink....
