0.51 and above are buys. Good to see it's holding this level though.

Word from where? Yellow Jersey confirmed the meeting earlier today.

Word is that next week's meeting has been canned.

I am fully loaded on both and although WAND looks a no-brainer to me I'm leaving money in FRR as if it does do well the upside of significant. If and a big if, ud-2 is deemed a success it will prove up the wider field and could be a game changer. If it fails the share price will get battered but if the oil plays go well it will recover. Am going on 25th so will have many questions for Zaza and hopefully we get news beforehand or he'll be in for a tough time.

@tickboo I think you should sell up on FRR and put it into WAND. You obviously have a much better opinion on that company. As I've said before I don't follow WAND closely but I can tell you its better than FRR by a long way. The reason I know this is because everything on AIM is better than FRR!

I can't blame some for becoming inpatient and putting money elsewhere.

The 0.514s are buys though.

WAND is doing well for a dog and I guess IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Amazon, Google are wrong in partnering them. Trading update due this week so it could well fall, we'll see.

What’s with the wee sell off?

Because when the went down there last time the bottom hole pressure caused issues and they lost equipment down the well which had to be fished out. When this was successful they cracked on with the drill.

So if they own a workover rig why didn't they do the work over on UD2 sooner? Is that yet another work over rig?

A workover rig (which FRR owns) and a drilling rig and 2 different things. I assume they do not have the funds to do with at the same time end of Jan as they'll need the additional revenues from the oil to crack on with the subsequent drills. Not sure why they didn't initially plan to go for the lower hanging fruit (easier drill) in the first place but this is FRR after all.

That's a glaring mistake by FRR. They really should be more careful. Oh what tangled webs we weave when we practice to deceive.

It is clear that the RNS on the 4/12 was not true. How can a rig that has been mobilised then be mobilised again to a different place a few weeks later?

Are you sure they are different rigs tickboo? The 4/12 RNS says

Once operations are completed at Dino-2 well, it is intended that the workover rig will move to T-45 well site in Taribani Complex area in order to remove production tubing, downhole pump and packer and clean and prepare the well for deepening/drilling operations which is scheduled to commence in March 2018.

PS I said I don't follow WAND carefully. We are in a big bull market though you'd expect even dogs like that to rise sharply.

They're different rigs, FRR owns a workover rig which was moved to Dino. The other rig is not FRR's.

News surely ahead of 25th or there will be a blood bath. Anyone in WAND, log and one of his mate's on here were saying that was a dog too.

Log - I remember having a conversation with someone about 12-18 months ago and discussing what Paul Johnson and MTR were doing buying stakes in pretty much every AIM mining dog going. They’ve played retail like a fiddle...
