@smicker........he so is thinking on a bid!! He will let the other two battle it out and wait for the 11th hour, then we will know if he intends to bid. Other than that he will pick up a profit along the way as the share price increases.

It’s very strange, I can only think he intended to bid and has been stumped by the other two bidders, really need an announcement about exceeding 30%, there was a lot traded on Friday and he could have exceeded the threshold to make a bid which could now be just to get the other two to up theirs and hurry it along imho dyor

One of his companies seems to be called FCMUK Ltd - with the M standing for Manchester. Incorporated in September 2020.

Something major going on here he sold for roughly 15p and this has still gone up , even now after that news still trading at 26p a offer must be coming for this 100% I'm just trying to get the best price I think this is a double your money in a week

So many variables only thing for certain is today it got to 32 had lots of buys then drifted, it’s last few days it has peaked at 12,17,30 and now 32 in the morning then drifted back, someone is buying because they have all been large numbers of automated trades that I have seen, until later on today we may not know if anyone bought mikes stake

Are you sure Ashley selling wasnt the catalyst for the takeover approaches. That size of stake was possibly offered to various parties who then decided, if we get these for this price, we can make a larger offer Marks will accept but our average buying price will still leave us with an acceptable return?
