28/6/2024 15:40 | Spoilsports ! 😴 | ivanborsky
28/6/2024 08:03 | 09.00am and a batch of 'sells' just hit the order book, quelle surprise !! Keep 'em peeled for that tree shake 😉 | ivanborsky
27/6/2024 19:13 | MM's out again first thing once again with one of their 15'000 'sells' to get the price lower expect more of the same tomorrow as it's the last trading day of the month, quarter and half year. And we know the market loves a 'tree shake' on a Friday. Get your funds ready or your Foxtons Sept margins in order, could be a great day to pick up cheap stock around lunchtime. 😘 | ivanborsky
26/6/2024 08:58 | What, just two trades totalling 64 shares after all that manipulation at 70p again yesterday. Oh well, the Yanks will be walking into their offices shortly, let's see what games they have up their sleeve again today. | ivanborsky
25/6/2024 18:44 | Interesting daily chart today, up on decent volume this morning, hit 70p again and some tiny order book trades to knock it back down again for the umpteenth time. Some big delayed buy trades but just goes to show just a few decent buy orders can get this going. Somewhere out there has the best part of 25m shares to keep it below 70p. But for how much longer ??? | ivanborsky
20/6/2024 21:30 | First and foremost I love where I live and want to do my best for my family and country. Guess am old fashioned . But gosh they do push my buttons these politicians . They always have to wreck everything | onedb1
20/6/2024 10:08 | Your insights appreciated. Thank you onedb, and good luck with your plans. Hopefully, half or more of what is feared for the UK will not come to pass, but as you say, it's best to be prepared. | pete160
20/6/2024 09:47 | Stock down all week and now here comes all the buys !! Quelle surprise 🥱 | ivanborsky
20/6/2024 07:36 | As you don't like the desert Dubai will not be your thing but so many have moved their , loads of hedge fund types . Florida is another destination . I happen to like our weather in the UK am no fan of extreme heat and love my home. So it's hard but if pushed I won't have a choice . Switzerland is where am personally looking to move . The downside it's expensive but I like the area around Lugano you can cross the border into Italy and given I love food too it's great to stock up and not shop in Switzerland . Wealth taxes , council tax increases , hatred for those with over 1k in savings , it's all coming now. Sadly . Wealthy used to come to London now they are leaving and its very noticeable | onedb1
20/6/2024 07:26 | Depends on your wealth . If you are paying sub 100k per annum in tax then it won't be worth it but if more then look at what Itaky has done . The move some of my private equity and high net worths made ( Spain another ) This will work for individuals who have been non-tax resident in Italy for at least 9 years out of the 10 years preceding their transfer to Italy.Benefits: high-net-worth individuals transferring their tax residence to Italy are enabled to apply a substitute tax to their foreign income, amounting to 100,000 Euro for each fiscal year. The regime may be extended to family members (25,000 per member). | onedb1
19/6/2024 22:26 | I've read lots of articles about people thinking about leaving, but where to, which has a favourable climate, benign political system and fairer tax regime?Any ideas please? I currently live in the Cotswolds.I don't want to live in a desert. | pete160
19/6/2024 10:36 | Am considering actually . We have been looking to move abroad for a while . Tax one of the reasons indeed | onedb1
18/6/2024 20:37 | All the private equity mates i have all left . Says a lot about how silly Labour voters are . Wanting to tax those who spend loads and contribute lots to many businesses and people. Guess it's lost on them . This capital gains policy is already too punitive . Wait for Labour's . They are allowing loads of High net worths to just leave . Not just them . All my clients bar 1 who will leave in Sept have left . Ask any high end service and all will say the same | onedb1
18/6/2024 13:13 | Even Chelsea is going to have a Labour MP next FFS, unbelievable The seat merged with Fulham but still, this is quite historic .. Run if you can lol | topazfrenzy
17/6/2024 09:41 | So, a lot of people now on their Summer holidays, schools breaking up over the next few weeks and Foxtons losing all the gains for the last month on just 55,000 shares volume this morning. Nice, time for a decent top up this week with Foxtons expecting a busier Summer this year than previous. Rentals this year well over £100m revenue and sales and financials expecting their best numbers since 2015. Keep calling them down and I'm more than happy to keep adding. No brainer 🤑🤑 | ivanborsky
13/6/2024 11:22 | Labour will give Private Equity a good kicking if they get in. Nice 😆 | ivanborsky
12/6/2024 13:29 | Some valid points made there. I live in Richmond and with the likes of Wimbledon and Barnes have seen many big houses put on the market only to be snapped up in weeks. Makes you wonder who is buying all these big houses, AirBnb, hedge funds and banks. It's why rentals will become the norm for many and why Foxtons are in prime position. Sad really but true. | ivanborsky
12/6/2024 12:44 | Even the capital gains tax increase has me worried . Am already in many meetings with business people who have all started to scale back or planning on moving business . Many High net worths both European and US have already left and more will follow The VAT on private school too backfiring enormously as now the state has to pick up the tab and most likely lose the benefits that charity status had ie allowing communities to use private infrastructure. 3 bad parties but the 2 radical socialist ones are really going to crush the UK . Sad really . Luckily I can move but don't like to leave my home and country . Shocker so many will vote for this to happen . All because of the Tories infighting . Really shocking | onedb1
08/6/2024 16:13 | In the past yes I agree but the UK economy and the housing market is in a markedly different place when Labour were last in some 14 years ago. Already we're seeing Labour rolling out home buyers incentives, expect this to snowball with the Tories following suit shortly. Private landlords may be in trouble though higher taxes but banks will become take up all the private rental slack. Foxtons whilst advertising for staff for their rental divisions across London are now advertising for sales staff as well. | ivanborsky
06/6/2024 11:46 | Labour are going to wreck the property sector's recovery ... they are going to nuke it with higher taxes all round, I might be wrong but a socialist leopard cannot change its spots at the end of the day be prepared .. | topazfrenzy
06/6/2024 10:13 | I'm sure the MMs are aware that Gittens LTIP only vests if the share price is 70p or more for 30 consecutive days. Maybe they are teasing him by keeping a 70p lid on the price -- the 30 day clock hasn't started ticking yet. | gargoyle2
06/6/2024 09:24 | Rightmove moving up this morning, Savills moving up this morning and Foxtons courtesy of the MM's and the order book manipulation moving lower. Interesting ! 🤫 | ivanborsky |
