And yet another order book closing high for Foxtons since the turn of the year. Friday tomorrow and we've seen the games played here, will we see the same tomorrow ??? Could be another interesting day.

Yep, you can spot those lot a mile off, they all give away the same sort of clues but I won't divulge here just in case I spot another undervalued company whose mkt cap has been completely destroyed to next to nothing courtsey of the US Banks and hedge funds!

Whites and Indiestu have vanished . Those calls they made were clear bullish signs :-) Strong trend and my stops are all way in the money . Let the trend do it's job. Slow and steady . No crazy jumps unless take over at 120-150

'No scheduled news in sight'? Maybe with a couple of minutes' research, you might have seen this in the last update: "Foxtons Group plc intends to report 2023 full year results on 5 March 2024". I think that qualifies as scheduled news.

Topaz Topaz where for art thou Topaz.

I find it quite intriguing that the stock price has essentially stayed where I predicted.
Time will undoubtedly reveal the true direction it will take, and despite Topaz's relentless attempts to artificially inflate it before inevitably dumping it for his measly 20% gain, I firmly believe the overall trend will be a downward spiral.
With no scheduled news in sight, it's worth noting that Topaz has conveniently exited the scene, elevating his desperate PUMPing endeavors to new heights.
This time, he chose a blue-chip stock and is likely scratching his head as to why the masses haven't blindly followed him, despite his audacious claim of a nearly guaranteed 90% price increase.
It's truly comical to witness the feeble bedroom antics of individuals like him. At least the forum can now return to some semblance of normalcy without the pestilence that is Topaz.

Like most chat forums the doomsters only post when on 'down' days and not on days like today. Stock just hit yet another high for the year but my feeling is that it may drift down a little again for yet the umpteenth time to try and weed out sellers which has been less than productive lets face it. Nothing to worry about, let the market play their games, we can afford to sit back and relax and top up on the last few remaining 'down' days !!

Well, Topaz, I agree with your assessment. FOXT seems to be teetering on the brink of its demise.
The year-end update was, to put it mildly, a lackluster affair, failing to ignite any excitement or provide insights beyond the already known market information.
Some might go so far as to label it a damp squib, but I concede that the share price uptick did conveniently align with the very vocal PUMP campaign you championed.
Now, my curiosity is piqued about the impending fallout when you and your cohort decide to start the DUMP.
I'm willing to bet that when the dump occurs, there won't be a grand announcement; we'll just notice your sudden enthusiasm for a "New" can't-miss stock series of posts. Your predictability has reached such levels that it's bordering on monotony, a trait I suspect has accompanied you throughout your life

Wow, after all the MM's game play over the last week or so since the EOY trading statement, not a single price manipulative order book trade this morning. Is the end game nearly upon us ??

Hi Topaz, it could be possible that Hoskins are adding but I seriously doubt it, they're still hacked off after disposing of around 7% of Foxtons last year when the share was trading down near its historical lows of 28p ! Ouch, that's gonna hurt !!! As for all that volume we've been seeing over the last week or so, who knows but something is going on behind the scenes. Its just a question of sitting and waiting but not for much longer I feel.

Following the release of results and despite optimistic projections, it is evident based on factual information that the situation is not as healthy as portrayed. The absence of positive developments leaves no ground for the group engaging in manipulative trading practices to exploit. Any hopes of achieving exceptional results are now dashed. The stock, being thinly traded, is susceptible to a significant decline when these individuals shift their attention to the next speculative opportunity. Topaz is already preparing for his next major initiative. :-)

Topaz, BTW you have gone very very quiet on DEC.
Can we assume that you have sold out.

I should also add once again that the holding last registered by Hosking Partners as per the RNS released on 4th April 2023 to the London Stock Exchange states that the company reduced its holding in Foxtons shares to just 3.81%. If they now claim to have 10% of Foxtons shares then they are in breach of the UK trading and disclosure regulations imposed by the London Stock exchange as they have failed to disclose this holding update. That is unless someone is telling porkies again !!!
