I'm sure the MMs are aware that Gittens LTIP only vests if the share price is 70p or more for 30 consecutive days. Maybe they are teasing him by keeping a 70p lid on the price -- the 30 day clock hasn't started ticking yet.

Can't see it - RMV's position is as a technology provider to all estate agents - buy one yourself and then competitor agents might choose an alternative

Some very interesting posts on the other forum with regards to a possible offer from Rightmove for Foxtons. Rightmove mkt cap of around £4.5bn and Foxtons some £200m. Rightmove could easily get a rights issue away and a successful Foxtons deal would be earnings enhancing from day. Shareholders from both sides would love it !!!! Bring it on 🤑🤑🤑

Half term over and games already started, first AT trade this morning a 'sale' of 10,000 shares at 70p to knock the bid down below 70p for the umpteenth time in the last few weeks. Let's see what the Yanks get up to later this morning. 🤑

MM's at it again this morning, yet another poor attempt at a tree shake via the order book. This is laughable and just goes to show the desperation now as we approach the end game for Foxtons. Interesting post on the other chat room. 🥴

Big 5m trade went through . Big pockets exchanging shares here . Have to wonder if this is happening then it may be the prelude to new investor positioning and a take over ? This much interest is clearly bullish . Not sold 1 on this last trade .

And it's the reason why we haven't seen any opportunistic bids for the company as it will have no chance of succeeding. The largest shareholders will have been approached directly or indirectly to getting a 'feel' of the consensus exit price and bear in mind many of them are losing big time here and will want as much as possible to limit their losses after holding for all these years.

Not long now I feel, £1.35 would be a good starter 😉

Ahhh yes, MM's at it again today. All sells done through the order book to get the price down and all the buys outside of the order book to get shares on the cheap. Still no sign of selling from the ten largest shareholders of Foxtons which just in case nobody knows accounts for around 65% of Foxtons shares. Good luck with any low ball bid !!

Hmmmm,I wonder what Mr Market has in store for us today. Doubt if they want to risk another Friday tree shake at lunchtime as they are no sellers, just very keen buyers.
