21/1/2022 08:23 | This could easily rally very hard if interest comes back from Private Equity and Hedge Funds | topazfrenzy

29/12/2021 12:18 | The bid price has been slowly moving up and away from the one-year low of 38p, maybe time to add £10k?! | yorked

14/12/2021 16:39 | Seems to have perked up a little and trying to reject 40p. News tomorrow? In theory it's due. | stupmy
14/12/2021 10:32 | Was just looking at their financial calendar. You'd have to say that the market doesn't appear to confident of a good result. Fingers crossed 30th Nov and 13 Dec represent a double bottom and we get a V-shaped recovery!! I didn't intend to hold so many for so long. With rose tinted spectacles you could maybe argue that there was support around 40p. Hope so at least. | stupmy
07/12/2021 15:23 | Last year the trading update was on Friday 11 Dec, it is getting close. | yorked
06/12/2021 09:30 | And no less than Peter Rollings, the original Mr Foxtons! I think we will get a bid for this soon, upwards of £1 GLA | topazfrenzy
03/12/2021 13:22 | FOXT may have already tested the bottom on Tuesday, and BTW the director bought 23k @43.29p yesterday. | yorked
30/11/2021 09:44 | Peel Hunt, which has the latest broker rating on FOXT (28 October), has a BUY rating and 70p target Numis has 76p Oversold is an understatement lol | topazfrenzy
25/11/2021 21:22 | Cheap as chips here The market will wake up at some point, expect fireworks then | topazfrenzy
24/11/2021 13:25 | OK, sounds reasonable! I have also taken a position in FOXT on behalf of an anonymous property magnate based in Hong Kong. | yorked
24/11/2021 09:54 | Anything can happen at any time at this valuation imo ... a Hong Kong outfit may want to have a foothold in London with everything that is going on there, and Foxtons is difficult to beat when it comes to branding etc etc.. | topazfrenzy
23/11/2021 16:57 | Top, we have not heard any takeover rumour and I may dip my toe back, just in case! | yorked
23/11/2021 12:05 | He'll probably be getting rid of Nic Budden for starters, new CEO is definitely needed and a tie up with Far East investors in some form | topazfrenzy |
