Solid numbers out of entain given their portfolio which was not v World Cup friendly for the QInteresting that as per a week ago with US data and now RoW that we can can be even more confident re numbers on 2 March A read through Michigan number can guide to Q4. Overall I have BetMGM up 11pc sports and igaming DraftKings up 22pc and FanDuel up 48pcGiven that only 5 or 17 have igaming the read across in sports only is needed to get a fuller picture. BetMGM up 40pc DK up 42pc & FD up 86pcAll states are different sizes but with 600m profit for FD in Q3 a figure of 960m may be ball park giving a huge 1560m for the half Love to see other stats if anyone bothered!?

JPM self interest, just like the lot of the analysts. Let the performance speak. we have a had a strong run, maybe it's just a tempering moment. as we get wind of others performance next week, the industry will continue to rise or pause.

JPM bought 4m shares in 888/William Hill this week and will be trying to move clients funds to follow them & help price there. Their PT here now 159 from 161 so still decent. Note must have been drafted prior to NY & Michigan methinks & done after 10pc up in a month Shell at 10x size produce 4 pencil & 4 actual guided to profit unlike the lazy 3 here so big gap between Nov & March with no Q4 not ideal. 124 now we will see March 2 if call good. I doubt.

Record week for FD w/e 22.01.23 in NY, for both handle $182.4m(40.5%) and revenue $26.6m(46.2%). For the same week last year w/e 23.01.22 FD's revenue was $10m. DK had a good week as well, it's becoming the norm for the two of them to take 80% of revenue. That doesn't leave much for the other 7 operators.

must be smiling in Dublin looking at numbers compared to BetMGM. NY talking about igaming April and online in Texas also April as well as spin/listing options. Both would be v significant I cannot see a divvi big being guided on 2 March announcement. FD giving out 10m in free bets at Super Bowl whereas UK (mainly) shareholders left funding for years....hard to justify continued excusesCould be an interesting few months

SISAL is on top of their market. We also expect the final arbitration decision any day now. If it goes well again for Flutter, clears the way for an FD IPO in 2023. Big, big upside on that...

Other main Italy player to Sisal announced strong results there just now (SNAI - Playtech) Given no World Cup for Italy this was a possible Q blip for this arm. Given that the fact that the major markets covered by Flutter USA, England, Australia, Canada & Brazil were all there augurs v well. BetMGM out @ 1.30 Michigan tells us FD outperformed all rivals from Q3 to Q4. Pity there is no isolated Q4 trading update here

Big news. Fox withdrew proposal to merge Fox Corp and News Corp. This most certainly shuts the door on Fox exercising their FanDuel option; at least for the next few years.

i suspect that Flutter will be WAY above consensus IF the other divisions have pulled up their shorts. Pokerstars not doing great. Skybet same. So hope that Aussie, Adjarabet, paddy power picked up their paces..

Monster results at weekend, esp US footy where 4 Hcap favs with 82pc, 54, 70 & 53 of the money all losing.Looking at handle and results so far (and if the month plays even from now) it could well be that Dec and then Jan could be FanDuels consecutive new hold records.
