10/2/2015 19:16 | 123qwer So you are saying...it might go up... stay where it is... or it might go down. Cheers. | larry335
10/2/2015 18:21 | Hello dear friends Just a quick read and look at the share price Looking good and I hope people are ready to take profits. I stand by my concerns and my target price of 25p/ish. For the near future looks like a good spike but not for me at these prices. If it goes up further or hangs around these prices and gradual upside - Good luck to most here. Shouls it go lower and I strongly suspect that and defo in the warmer months, I may buy around 25p but there must be room for a spike. Remember, the competition is out there, FIT can be witdrawn, cost 1800 to istall and for about/from 1400 quid you can easily get a new combi bolier supply and fit and free 5/7 warranty and money for a long weekend break. 10/2/2015 17:38 | I just copy and paste it Larry | 1fox1
10/2/2015 16:13 | Larry, just very poor string filtering on ADVFN's part...easy to get round. Mind you, this is the WWW, built on hyperlink technology so why anyone hosting an internet site would want to block hyperlinks is beyond me! | grandwood
10/2/2015 15:39 | Sussed it. Change the tt to TT. Strange that https is unaffected. | larry335
10/2/2015 15:21 | 1fox1 But it is not a clickable link. | larry335
10/2/2015 14:58 | www.stockopedia.com/ | 1fox1
10/2/2015 14:47 | The big question here is: Why does the tt change to xx and how do you prevent that to create the link? | larry335
10/2/2015 14:37 | Extract from Paul Scott's report on Entu this morning. Agreement with Flow Group - we were discussing Flowgroup (LON:FLOW) yesterday funnily enough, and today Entu has announced that it will be an authorised installer of these new boilers. So in a way perhaps Entu is a picks & shovels type of investment, whereas Flow is the more speculative (higher risk, but higher potential reward) share. It seems a good fit with Entu's existing product offerings, which have a theme of environmental benefits. Entu already has the sales teams out there, and the installation teams, so adding another product onto that infrastructure should be positive for both companies, I imagine. It might also provide useful intelligence about how well (or not) Flow products are selling. So if Entu announce that they are selling like hot cakes, then that could be my cue to buy back into Flow shares, with a bit more comfort that commercialisation is working. For the moment though, I'm watching and waiting re Flow. UPDATE - I've had a useful telecon with the CFO of Entu, and comment as follows; Flow group - Entu really likes their product, and think it has huge potential. So hoping for a big future from this new product line. His full report on Entu is below. www.stockopedia.com/ Let's hope Paul joins us again at some time ;O) | 1fox1
10/2/2015 14:12 | Yes I have said on many occasions that it's rare to find an AIM company whose management consistently hit timetables and schedules... of course this by no means guarantees success, but it greatly reduces risk...I hope in a few years that Flow will be to boilers what Dyson is to vacuums...GLA NAI | cyberbub
10/2/2015 13:54 | Larry: thanks. I think the entu announcement is significant. One doesn't want to count chickens but the ducks are starting to line up nicely. | staverly
10/2/2015 13:29 | My first target here would be 50p | nw99
10/2/2015 12:58 | Check out my last messages and my chart. I think this is heading for point C before falling hard to point D. | tradeyodha
10/2/2015 12:31 | Not necessarily, the solar PV panel rate for NEW installations was 42p in 2010 (and has continued to be index-linked from that level) but 2015 new installations are only 14p and are continuing to be revised slightly downwards every quarter.... might not be the same for mCHP of course... | cyberbub
10/2/2015 12:01 | staverly Energy savings trust. An energy advisor told me (over the phone) that these were the new proposed figures (when I said I was thinking of getting an mCHP device). Probably just the index linking but won't it also mean that new installs will get the new figures? | larry335
10/2/2015 11:59 | Yeah I think it's just index-linking for existing installations... all 450 of them LOL!Is anything happening with the headline start-rate for NEW installations? (Am too lazy to check) | cyberbub
10/2/2015 11:56 | Larry, isn't that just the impact of index linking the FIT payments? That's what it seems to suggest here.... "All tariffs have been adjusted by the annual Retail Price Index rate (as at December 2014) of 1.6 percent..." | grandwood
10/2/2015 10:54 | Larry: Interesting,what's the source? | staverly
10/2/2015 10:38 | So much more to come here for this disruptive tech: Combi boiler; LNG version(2m homes not on gas grid); boiler for the US market and expansion into Europe. Much cheaper that Baxi's EcoGen version. Accumulating on dips here. "At the Renewable Energy Hub we think this is one of the most exciting developments in green technology in recent years, with the potential to bring affordable micro generation to a large number of domestic households across the UK. The finance packages currently available from Flow are designed to generate greater installations, something that will the help to bring the cost down more quickly. A boiler that produces electricity whilst it heats up your house. A potential to earn up to £500 a year on the Feed in Tariff. Currently available with some great financing options that means you can have a Flow Boiler and just pay for the installation. The company will be launching a huge advertising campaign in 2015 and is already looking for companies to join their accredited list of preferred installers and you can check if there are currently any in your area on our database of installers here - See more at: Please dyor. | aishah
10/2/2015 10:31 | It's nearly play time, will the fool make an appearance once he/she has had their milk?Bless | fs360
10/2/2015 10:10 | Subsidy/tariff review Possible changes affecting <2kW mCHP from 31st March 2015: FIT increased from 13.24p/kWh to 13.45p/kWh Export tariff increased from 4.77p/kWh to 4.85p/kWh Every little helps. | larry335
10/2/2015 09:58 | cyberbub - If the surveyors are not on commission then inappropriate installs won't happen. An effective sales process can be managed using KPIs / performance metrics. There is probably a sweet spot for failed surveys. I don't know what that might be, but lets say 20%. You also want the customer to be warned if their property may not be suitable. Here the metric might be 95% of unsuitable properties and 10% of suitable properties. Combine these and the sales team will have a focused mission. The numbers might need dynamically adjusting depending on how busy the surveying team is - take less risk when they are well booked up, more when they have free slots. | hpcg |
