I've reduced exposure to my small/mid-cap shares/funds as i anticipate an overall market pull back during the summer. Good time to take profits i feel.

Sheila told me to watch out for the shirt technicals which has made the genuine nobs think its on the way up!
Sheila's mate Pamela also said the other night that she's been getting this drip drip feeling...she's decided to put orders in below 14p, including one at 9p

I hope this helps before reality sets in of a possible D4E!!

You may have overlooked the fact that FGP is in an uptrend - 58% in 8 months *. Not only that but (in my mind) it had reached a bottom where it could have become a takeover target minimising risk and adding potential upside compared with higher volatility shares and having suffered a large drop was less likely (in my mind) to suffer a large drop than stocks like housebuilders that were already in an uptrend.

The uptrend channel looks fairly clear to me, it's just we have fallen to the bottom, so I am considering re-purchasing as soon as the taxman's waiting period from my last sale is over.

OB - OK timing keeps you interested in FGP - but why not try to use your stock timing skills in stocks that are in uptrends? Far fewer nasty surprises to the downside.

The rights issue has been and gone Sanks. 9p never happened. Fantastic rise after that. Many Shish Kebabs were bought with the profit.

As OB says...timing.

You need a good Timex watch, Casio scientific calculator and Smelgy's sliderule.

Good post rueth...to understand your take, you have to understand that there is alot of nob jockeys here..these nob jockeys have minjsniffing potential..hence, the type of minj they sniff, will lead to the type of stocks they invest.

I'm getting into this minj as it drips below the previous low of 80p..then towards my birds target of below 9p.

Sheila told me to wait till GKP hits 57p...she told me this last night.
She also said FGP is on course for that knocker wobble which previously saw Stage Coach hit 5p...she told me not to put me nob on the table yet.

For the record, i have buy orders at 9p, 8p & 7p respectively
