26/5/2015 09:59 | Will it touch 115 today? Hoping for another leg up to 125p in short term. | alokarya
23/5/2015 09:33 | I've noticed that when this stock falls, there are numerous comments here. But when the picture improves, as it is doing now, there are few comments here. FGP are on the up. Discuss? | slaterlpj
11/5/2015 19:13 | 112. What's afoot? | slaterlpj
10/5/2015 11:38 | I guess the threats from the left to privatise, and generally wreck commerce in the transport sector, has receded. And with the LDs out of the way too, things might improve further regarding opportunities to boost profits. | slaterlpj
08/5/2015 15:26 | What is it Tories won't freeze bus prices, whatever lets have more of it | bob f2
08/5/2015 10:04 | 107 this morning. That's a bit better. :). | slaterlpj
17/4/2015 00:37 | Go into a Greyhound bus depot in the USA and you will see in minutes how hopeless this management is. They deserve to be taken out by an organisation that knows how to generate value and build upon their assets. | lefrene
16/4/2015 23:25 | Me and my bird Sheila are going to wait a lithe longer cos the technicals on the chat look like they are heading for my 5p buy order. It's a pretty tough market out there, trying to get new customers is one thing, but customer retention is another! Sensible comments appreciated Sanksalot | sanks
02/4/2015 09:26 | "FirstGroup is forecast to post a fall in earnings in the current year of 2%, but then bounce back strongly with growth of 27% next year." "Furthermore, with the company set to resume dividends next year, it could be yielding as much as 2.2% in 2016 and become a relatively appealing income play moving forward." About bloody time too. :). | slaterlpj
02/4/2015 08:20 | Trading at a discount to book value. Happy to hold. | alokarya
01/4/2015 10:49 | companies in much worse state than this are being taken over at 10 times Ebtida by private equity and/or peers with a view to improving operational efficiencies to enhance RoE. This company has a substantial franchise with revenues of close to 10 billion USD. Lots of barriers to entry into this business as well (scale, compliance, safety, HR, financing, licenses etc.). No reason why this shouldn't recover to 130p this year imo. | dealy
01/4/2015 10:35 | What do you think our US friends will make of this update? | bl0
01/4/2015 09:11 | I have bought heavily in last few days. Hoping 90p support will stay. Could do well over next 2 to 3 years. | alokarya
01/4/2015 09:07 | Yes, quite a good update there in fairness, no nasty surprises and looking OK/good for the future | soi
01/4/2015 08:58 | told you. the stock was down for technical reasons ("it^s falling so i am getting out" principle). upgrade by Panmure today. stock is cheap. has great potential for improvement. overlooked. | dealy
31/3/2015 14:03 | Hard to say where the support is here. | blueball
31/3/2015 13:38 | I still believe this is down for technical rather than fundamental reasons. Strong GDP growth in both the USA and UK together with plummeting fuel costs should see the company report decent results. | dealy
31/3/2015 11:50 | Dealy that is not true, the FTSE 250 has way out performed the FTSE 100. The reality is that the share has pretty consistently underperformed every index for the last 7 years. The results tomorrow better be good, or Tim has to go. | pyueck
31/3/2015 07:17 | there are lots of companies suffering this fate. the institutions are only buying mega caps. lots of small and mid caps are at all time lows. | dealy
30/3/2015 16:40 | This is going to be at ex rights price soon. Seriously what is going on! Market near all time high, this near all time lows! | pyueck
26/3/2015 12:19 | very frustrating that the bounce on good news faded as if the news had never occured. | dealy
26/3/2015 11:45 | Small bump didn't last long. I just struggle to invest due to the lack of a divi. | salpara111
