Not sure why but if you look at the historical share chart it did something similar in July this year when, without any explanation, the share price suddenly rose from 13.75p on 14 July to 16.75p on 19 July. Maybe this recent rise has more legs, too early to say (one can only hope), but it is curious.

One small entry in the final accounts intrigues me & that is the final part of this paragraph:

"With the growing opportunity pipeline and order book, we anticipate further revenue growth, particularly as 5G telecommunication infrastructure rollouts gather pace, although the quality of earnings may be impacted due to price sensitivities in this market. This would be a timing issue, rather than normalised trading, given the development contracts we are working on in aerospace & defence and space where the mix is much stronger. The continued push by governments to utilise sovereign capability in the supply chain of key programmes in these markets positions the Group well with opportunities regularly presenting themselves for us to capitalise on. Given the scale of some of these, we are open to exploring partnerships and other revenue models as a means of securing potential growth".

That's about the size of it except that by not having big contracts to fill, semiconductor supply is not so crucial

Hmm I guess the market was expecting something else (sorry i don't follow here daily), can anyone tell me what that may of been ?

As a part time follower, i'm guessing the semiconductor problem having lasted through 2022 plus no ahead of forecast update, plus not big contract wins just the usual jam tomorrow stuff ? Is that the size of it ?

My concern too kaos3. Obviously loss of the antenna business was one reason. Added to that their customers are R&D outfits with low yield and so the contracts FTC win are not worth much. Also it seems apparent they've failed to invest in their engineers and up to date modelling tools. In order to grow they need to be more than a Leeds University spin off.
