I can certainly tell the difference between Schhhh and Fever Tree Tonic. The bitter after taste of Schhhh is toxic & disgusting.
If you can't, keep buying the aspartamene junk.
Besides I believe in drinking my profits!

The thing is, a mixer is just a mixer.

How many people on here say 'oh that is a nice mixer in that drink.'

Ask a Fever-Tree salesperson and find out.

Back when Bacardi and coke was trendy, if you were served inferior 'coke' it made a huge difference to the taste - I assume these new mixers have a noticeable 'taste enhancing' quality.

On that logic if you don't want to taste the tonic then don't have a G&T!.

If you are drinking gin & tonic you want to taste the gin, do you not?

willioicc - errm.. if your tastebuds are so dulled that you can't distinguish between one mixer and another, then of course there is absolutely no point you paying more for yours. Just go with whatever the pub barman has on tap.

A bit like asking why pay for better bread if it's only the sandwich filling that matters to you.

Why do people pay a premium price for mixers that you don't taste anyway?

The only surprise being that the moron(s) who pens the Tempus column in that celebrity rag, aka The Times of London, did not beseech their dwindling pool of readers to sell their FEVR holdings.

Lots of excitement here and ramping. However the stock and the recent interims speak for themselves. All pretty clear - we should be looking for a PE of about 120-150 when a company just keeps rising revenue like this one. I had expected a 50% rise but in the event that was totally smashed. Most importantly we are being predicted further gains before the full year results. Really reminds me of the rise and rise of ASOS where the share price just kept going. No one there at £20 would have predicted three times that within a year. No reason why this should not keep on a similar path.

DD I was late to the party with an average of just over a tenner, so sitting on 100% gain now. I'm thinking of selling half just to have the free...But...The reason I bought in (stellar growth, premium niche product) hasn't changed so I'll be leaving things as is for the time being.

Well, well, well... £22.
Is that the magic number from the analyst yesterday who said 2220p?

Look like folks think "materially above its (the board's) expectations" will also be above my own exorbitant expectations....
I just thought it meant the board didn't know what was going to happen!!

DD I had him on filter but his posts started appearing again. I would normally ignore him but couldn't resist biting this morning after he spouted that absolute cr@p.Today's performance is even more pleasing than yesterday's. Tempted to top slice but not yet!!

If you think something is amiss (maybe your oft-spouted takeover by Diageo is falling through) then you should sell Christh. Clearly you've made a profit now after you got spiked at £17.50 so off you toddle. The only time I'm worried about director sells is if the share price and business are struggling or flatlining, not after it's gone up 20% after announcing stellar results.

Any substantial pullback in the next few days or weeks and I am in for more.
