24/7/2015 12:20 | FCR BOD seem to delight in keeping shareholders in the dark and RNS's are only issued when absolutely necessary. Complete opposite to Richland Resources, which is part of the same Ed Nealon camp, where CEO Bernard Olivier releases a constant stream of helpful RNS announcements, whether good or bad. Lessons to be learned ? | andrea152
22/7/2015 14:11 | took them a while to tell us that in the update though. smokescreens. | rajaster
22/7/2015 11:50 | Hah ! Kicked down the road again. Tom must have employed Angela Merkel as a PR consultant !! | andrea152
22/7/2015 10:57 | "I sometimes wonder if these deals ever exist in the first place." You and me both. | fangorn2
22/7/2015 10:53 | What I find surprising is the number of times I have seen this here and elsewhere. A deal announced and then a long running saga waiting for the money etc. RRR, ANR, IPSA and FCR to name a few. Difficult to understand how 'highly credible' partners do business like this. I sometimes wonder if these deals ever exist in the first place. | loverat
22/7/2015 10:41 | Indeed - if they've concluded the financing agreement, where's the money. This is now the second attempt - wonder if this "local" group will fail at the final hurdle as our last partner did. | fangorn2
22/7/2015 10:38 | RNS more delays.. payment yet to be received. | rajaster
22/7/2015 08:51 | Well today's the day or it may not be going on past form | blackss
21/7/2015 11:47 | Had it confirmed from a S African friend that PMI absolutely DO exist. Lets hope they also hav the money! | andrea152
20/7/2015 15:16 | "The Company has emphasised to PMI that the scheduled first payment is now overdue and PMI has undertaken to transfer funds to Ferrum Crescent on or around Wednesday 22 July 2015. A further update will be provided in due course."# So Wed ? On or around Tuesday or Thursday ? | blackss
16/7/2015 15:26 | The unfunded mine NPV/share of FCR, even with DRI Pellets at current prices, is well over 11p/share, using Measured and Indicated Resource only. (not Inferred or Julietta, which may well be worth a considerable sum, when drilled). Assumes a 90% discount to fully funded mine NPV. Puts the current share price of 0.5p into context. | andrea152
16/7/2015 12:28 | Agree with you there Nick and i see Hebei coming into the picture at some stage which would be massive and would then no doubt take everything we have or even take us out! FS | firemansam4
16/7/2015 12:25 | I'm still holding FCR. It's an investment to see it through to the end game rather than day poker on sentiment of the day. Todays news is positive and should see recent negativity put aside again. | nick rubens
16/7/2015 12:21 | Hey Alspalladium, not seen you post here for a while, are still holding your substantial holding and still positive regarding the future of FCR in light of recent IO drops and the general market conditions? | rajaster
16/7/2015 11:47 | Good, as you say Alan better late than never :) | blackss
16/7/2015 11:36 | We will all sleep better tonight | edie5
16/7/2015 11:14 | News out over on the ASX,Ferrum have been advised by PMI that they now have the funds. Payment should be made into Ferrum's account on or before Wednesday of next week. Better late than never I say! Alan Jenks | alspalladium
15/7/2015 16:49 | Few people got cold feet but the MM's actually upped the price they were bidding as the day went on. | blackss
15/7/2015 09:32 | I presume our Aussie mates are out wrestling sharks, stoking the BBQ and watching neighbours ? | blackss
14/7/2015 19:44 | webshares, If Ferrum do not get the money from PIM, then they will get it from someone else eventually. There is a great potential here, not only because of the fact there is a huge amount of high quality iron, but that the Chinese need this quality. Take into account that Chinese investors are looking to build a steel plant not too far away, and it's hard to see why it should not work. Obviously, the low price of iron ore is a negative, but how long is the price going to stay low? Thing is, it takes years to get these mines operational anyway. I reckon there are eastern eyes watching this, just biding their time. | venture traveller
14/7/2015 11:26 | Was that 300k someone in the know that the money will be forthcoming?I'm not invested here but will monitor if they receive the payment. I they don't, not sure how they can progress from here. | webshares
