Yes, iron is a much better commodity play than oil at the moment.

BFS a certainty going forward. Massive re-rating reflecting the billions of tons of Fe will follow. Based on Jorc confirmed reserves alone this is a £30m company - and there's a lot more to come.

I reckon Jenks would be happy to take/invest a lot more as he was in the rights issue. So they can rely on him to take another 10% or so of the company. He clearly has the money.

Accordingly they will be able to get the BFS finished. Once they confirm that the BFS has or is about to be started this will recover very sharply.

In the meantime they have a valuable proven resource in a stable country. That in turn makes them a takeover target at their current market cap, which greatly undervalues the company. This would be a bargain for a bigger miner at £10m.

Patersons Securities Limited should be holding around 12% now (underwriter of rights).

This looks very cheap today!

BFS being progressed, management supporting with their hard earned, big cornerstone stakeholder (building while cheap for future control possibly?)

Don't know much about it yet but will buy a few tomorrow if it stays at this level. Knowing my luck, it'll bounce 50% first thing!

They must have close to the m/cap in cash at the moment. That implies the asset is in for virtually free!
So a £30m JORC'd asset for free! Amazing.

Jo

PS. Just had a quick read up. Seems Jenks is up for a few more (certainly up to 19% of the company). He'd probably be happy to go up to 29%, and at a slight premium to the current share price That may be enough to complete the BFS. This will really motor then.

Ah that's the chap - Alspalladium..

Hope it comes good for him. Been a long up hill struggle, particularly when our investors couldn't stump up the cash.

Am fairly optimistic things will improve.

nice to see your still knocking around, been a terrible few months for some Aimers whilst others have made a killing. i dont chase the hot money any more.. buy low and hold till they make the returns they did in 2010, every stock has its day.

rumours of my demise are premature :-)

Still here chaps just not much to say really. Only holding 1m which used to be worth something but not these days ...lol
good to see the bigger holders and management keeping the faith as Black says.
someone once said its what you buy for and what you sell for that matters and what it does in between is immaterial....maybe they are right.

i think spec7 has moved on from here. i sold a while ago but rebouhgt recently with an average of 0.55p. abit of a gamble though as the company issue wasn't fully taken.shame the arabs pulled out, but i see positives in ed nealon sticking his own money in time and again.

You have to agree that despite the lack of money at this stage some large holders and management have great faith and are prepared to put their money where their mouth is.

The shame of it is the idea and fundamentals are good, its just a total lack of trust in AIM investments. Anything that doesn't return in a few weeks is passed over by most investors (gamblers). If i had my time again i would never back medium to long term investments . Lets hope the management can get some sort of financial backing or we are a bit.sunk.
