I just did a dummy buy with Barclays, they will sell me 100k at .4p so who is going to pay .44 in a right issue ?

Alan Jenks is going to own 20% of FCR if he takes up his full rights entitlement. Ed Nealon, Tom Revy & Bob Hair all subscribing to the issue. Some people putting their own money where their mouth is. Unreliable Arabs out of the picture. No revolving credit "Death Spiral" loan. Some issues have recently been resolved.

the problem is the offer price is a lot higher here than Aus so while we get Zero discount the Aussies get nearly 30% , in any case anyone wanting to but in quantity in the UK would do far better to have an international account and buy on the ASX. It will be up to the Aussies to fund this one now.

A few shares getting sold off ahead of rights issue. The rights issue could get snubbed yet and most of the shares taken by the underwriters who likely will be getting a fee for underwriting. Was the underwrite cost disclosed?

I doubt you could afford to take up anything after your EKT and BZM fiasco and now this !!. What i don't understand is why you spout on about legal action against BZM and leave poor Barry to fight the plonkers in Cambridge. You made a mistake lying to everyone about me pushing Barry into legal action, even Barry says that's daft. As for accusing me of talking EKT down !! I never had too, its collapsed of its own accord like this and your BZM. Thing is i had the sence to sell EKT and BZM a year ago.
