They should at least have done the raising simultaneously with moving to Hume. This muppet BOD haven't a clue about managing investors (or their money).

We can only hope that it will be ACCOMPANIED by an announcement that the BFS will now be completed post-haste, using the moneys raised in and since the Rights Issue.

Mr Jenks must be pig-sick. He should bid, take over, then boot out most of the BOD!

Sold most of mine at the end of December. Still hold a very few, as this has huge potential in the right management's hands. Great asset, politically stable location, mature project, etc.

What happened to the Anvwar deal, little has been said except payments not received as planned. I also remember that the first £500k might have to be paid back?

Seems strange to pay £500k and then go quiet. Not enough details on why it didn't go ahead as agreed.

They need some more money to complete the BFS first so i think they might be raising further cash somehow, the rights issue was a disaster so looking forward to seeing what the next bright idea is!

They should be completing a BFS Bankable Feasability Study and once that is done we should start to move up......

It's been so long since I bought these that I've forgotten what the point of having them was to be?

Anyone know of any news that might get the value back up or is there going to be the usual sad end that comes with most junior miners?

It's what happens when a company's BOD is full of academics and scientists who can't tell good corporate/funding advice from bad.
I expect a few more board members to go now. At least that will reduce the wage bill.

I doubt they would move to a more expensive broker. They certainly needed to shake things up and this looks like the start. A MM change should go hand in hand with this, and that would be very good news.

They were obviously mis-advised on the rights issue (not fully underwritten). If they had done a slightly discounted placing in the summer instead we would probably have recovered by now - so 6 months wasted.

Perhaps Mr Jenks should consider a bid now and replace half the BOD. He could, in the process put in a little extra cash - sufficient to finally complete the BFS!

If I was Jenks, holding 29%, I would go the little extra at the current share price to take control and protect my interest.

Well, at least the BOD have woken up and smelt the coffee. Can only be positive. They just need to trim the board and add/switch MM and we'll be cooking again.

A new broker. Lets hope this one actually works for its money.

Good start, FCR off 16.5%

I doubt it looking at the costs they charge for some of there funds, who the hell would pay those? 5.25% entry and 3.95% annual on there global fund, they need to get in line with the real world!
Well at least they think the company has something left in the tank if they have employed new broker so either some more fund raising going to happen to complete the BFS, but nice of Tom to keep us informed!! Hefty fees being charged by them no doubt.

Down 9% on one £157 sell!?

FCR has the worst MM in the LSE... huge spread, willingness to mark down 10% on one tiny trade.
It's hardly a surprise the share price is in the doldrums if it only takes a single short-sell of £157 to knock the price down so much!

Can't they find a couple of honourable MMs? Are the BOD incompetent in every aspect of running a PLC?
Pathetic is the only word which springs to mind.

AIM is clearly geared towards the shorts.

P.S. Marked down from the off by the MM it seems, in the wake of the copper price collapse. This is falling on zero/miniscule volume - while the directors sit, motionless and stare rabbit-like into the headlights.

Difficult to work out as they haven't updated the website to reflect Jenk's true holdings, but i hope that this is because there will be another change soon as we are looking for someone to come onboard possibly a JV(IMO)but no doubt we will hear something soon as this is a leaky share as far as news is concerned!

I dread to think! but any trades are moving this at present if you want some large stock you will be paying a premium for it, They are pushing trades through ISDX as well but Patterson's will no doubt off load there stock at some time so that might free up some, but i doubt that will be until after a penny plus?

Just looked at the website and it states that shares not in public hands around 13%. This must be miles out as Jenks has over 14% does he not?

Today's treeshake did not, it seems, have the desired effect. MMs appear to need a little stock.
Looking more interesting now. Definitely worth holding for expected news.
