Now we have a discounted private placing to deal with. The money is good but slightly dilutive. I suppose it's a huge sign of confidence though.

The news will carry more weight once the first payment is made. Dont forget when you talk about sellers Nick its all very small trades, 250000 is barely £1500 :-)
One of the really good points here is 430m in issue.

Today there seems to be a few sellers, not sure why, unless they are still taking profits from recent rise.

No buyers as yet, but they tend to come all at once when the news is right.

only 4 weeks at most before first payment helps seal the deal. The last deal didn't go to plan so hope this time the MOU signatories are committed.

Yes, makes a change for me. FCR need first payment by 1st June for the MOU to be legally binding. It's great news but the market may be nervous until first payment announced.

I think it will rally when we hear of the first payment and may creep up hopefully or just wobble meanwhile.

It looks a done deal to me though.

The share price has a lot further to go but over the next 3-4 years.The BFS is a stepping stone, at least that is now financed. This is not a trader stock hence the quiet board here. That said the board header is nearly 5 years out of date but no one really wants to take up the baton.

BlackSS, I realise I didnt explain myself too well.

It's because I invested AT 60% AT 1p, thinking it still had further to go, based on the positive news and its good outlook.
And then trust my luck, the first thing it does it go down a bit, but that little bit was enough to make a scary looking red number in my portfolio. Thats fine, as long as its just temporary, after all thats shares :P

The future of the share price will not be driven by anything said on ADVFN. why do you think you were to quick to invest ? is 60% not enough for you ?

I think they are definitely gone now, although the identity of the new prospective JV/Funding partner remains a mystery.

Indeed - the posting of the first payment, the subequent welching and disappearance of Anwar does make one wonder what has gone on..

Presumably their loss of face is the explanation of them disappearing and going quiet?

It's Risky selling for a pickle today. They can't buy them back and next news is 'the deal' done IMO.

It sounds to me like a backer is imminent especially as they are ploughing on with the BFS.
The have the high quality product, they have a take off agreement, they have the infrastructure in hand and they have an excellent board.
Lets see what happens.

Well Tom & the boys hav to announce sumthin by the end of this June, as they r down to their last A$600k. Wud barely re-stock the Nespresso machine, let alone pay for all their many Brokers & Advisers.
