California begins a $10 Billion cannabis roll-out with the greatest cannabis legalisation experiment in history in the worlds sixth largest economy. This has to be a very positive backdrop for Nuuvera’s IPO on January 8th.

Just seen a post on the LSE board linking to site called Simply Wall Street which says FFWD is trading at a 35% discount to its true NAV of 22p.

Confidentiality & regulation prevents him. They aren't publically listed companies and he can only report, what they allow him to report.

One thing I can't really figure out is how Lorne Abony claims to be restricted about the information he gives out about the progress of the FFWD Investee Companies and yet we see other company Directors like Cameron Parry and Paul Johnson ramping their companies on social media on a regular basis.

Great post 888. There is plenty of information online about each and every company. If you've been invested in here a year or more and you don't realise the significance of Factom then I'd suggest investing isn't a game for your money. As you are clearly punting blind and have never bothered finding out what you've spent your hard earned money on, to see if it's even a viable proposition.
Loads of information about Nuuvera out there, likewise Vemo.

There have been at least 7 significant events that have happened over the last 8 months that have made this a nailed on certainty for myself.

There are a number of people on this board who should seriously consider selling and moving on. If you don’t like the company or how it’s run why are you invested.
Firstly people keep banging on about a lack of information on the companies we are invested in. I have made the point several times that they don’t do so because they can’t. Please read The conclusion to Lorne report in the Half Year Report where he says they need to assist the investee companies to leverage their businesses away from the glare of public scrutiny. He also says it is frustrating that confidentiality and regulation often don’t allow him to tell us of the incredible progress being made.
Secondly if you do like Jim Mellon you shouldn’t be here as it was his idea. The whole point is to get exposure to exciting new companies in new sectors pre IPO. This is an area from which PI’s are normally excluded. The plan is working and the Nuuvera IPO will be a demonstration of how it works.
I am looking forward to 2018 being the year long term investors start to see significant returns and wish you all a prosperous new year.

Also, running with an outsized bargepole is lunacy, the health and safety implications are severe at best :)

MRF care to amend that post. Don’t think JM would appreciate being referred to in that manner.

If you don’t have proof which you don’t that’s liable

MRF,that doesn't make him a crook and if you can tag on and make a few quid then why not ? Time will tell as always.

To be fair to Jim Mellon he was the only person on the FFWD BoD who had the courtesy to respond to Lauders and me when we were emailing the company asking questions and raising various concerns.

Can only tell you what I see which is Mellon sweeping up loads of small caps and tacking them private for next to nothing. He has a long track record. Okay maybe he only makes half a mill here and a few mill there. But surely if you look after the millions the billions look after themselves right?

.....or dyor and put your money down. Question :Why would a handful of very rich men bother with a company with a miniscule MC ? Answer:Because they know it's gonna be huge.

Its Jim Mellon here. Most likely all crooks here imo. Getting the biggest bargepole you can find and with that held firmly in hands run as fast as you can in the opposite direction.

They were never going to list mid Christmas and new year. The 2nd is on a Tuesday, they'll use that week to promote ready for first clear week on the 8th.

What exactly is going on here, some posters seem to think the IPO was today and now it's not happening until 8th January.

Buck up DB. I don’t know what you are on about with your another damp squib comment. I had thought from a comment Lorne made that the IPO was today but apparently it’s the 8th January. There is every reason to believe it will be a success and will add considerable value to FFWD. I think 2018 will be a great year for FFWD and you will see your 22p and more.

As I told you 2 weeks ago, have patience and it will be rewarded.

Nuuvera lists 8th January $200m IPO. Will quickly go to $500 million +

Leap DD sale for £3.64 million.

Factom ICO news inbound plus 30+ NDAs with Fortune 100 & 1000 companies (a lot of which are now full contracts)

What else do you want to know?

Perhaps it's just as well the stock market is closed in this country, have we another damp squib from FFWD? I feel sorry for the the private investors who have stuck with this for so long. Lorne Abony is having a laugh in the latest RNS when he talks about the share price going up a few pennies from the end of March 2017 until the end of September 2017. So how does he explain how the share price has dropped from around 22p in April 2016 to it's present level?
