you've moved from $3k to now $6k. Take off your socks and carry on counting. If you find a couple of friends and carry on counting their fingers and toes, you'll soon get to $46k. That's a number that's smaller than 47 but happens to be bigger than 6.

Well hopefully the rise continues. It’s a little slower than I was expecting but even a couple of % per day is welcome. Want something to trigger some real big gains. Maybe a good price on the Nuuvera float will do it

I believe the real value will be realised after the new merged entity has had an opportunity to grow, rather than at the point the merger is completed. Hopefully they can target a good slice of what is now a huge US education sector. It will be interesting to see how this evolves.

Shouldn't be too much longer bdog. Not sure how much we will make from it. Lingomedia mcap is around £6million and we have a book value of £1.4 million for schoold. we will own 6% of the new company, so we need the new mcap to be at least £22million to give us our current book value. Anything over that and we get 6% share of it

Lingo Media and Kickwheel Company merger moving towards completion. 17 Oct 2017 17:13

"We will be able to market our ELL Technologies English language learning resources to students in Kickwheel's network of 3,000 plus colleges and universities. As a result, we expect to expand Lingo's footprint into the United States, driving adoption of our products in the U.S. post-secondary education market."

The education industry is 9% of US gross domestic product (second only to health care) and global digital language-learning spending is currently US$4.5bn and is expected to grow to US$9bn by 2020. The US postsecondary marketing and recruiting spending is US$14bn and will grow to US$18bn by 2020.
