Someone on LSE posted at 14.34”nice little premium on IPO” but nothing further so no price or link to source of information. I can’t find anyone on the TSX site.

Most trades today are showing as sells but I think this is a false picture as my Buy at 14.2999p is showing as a Sell. Anyway lets see how the IPO goes this afternoon for Nuuvera

IPO this afternoon so UK market will be closed when Nuuvera lists. Only 2 minutes to buy!

The RNS is very interesting and very positive for the future of the company as the Chairman has real optimism that shareholders will see significant value creation as the investment strategy pays off.
Currently Nuuvera accounts for £4.5 million of the £12.2 million NAV of the Company. Nuuvera is due to list (l think tomorrow) on the TSX and Lorne says he expects it to start trading at a significant premium to our entry price. This alone could transform the share price of FFWD. A number of the other investments are progressing well and I would suggest all investors read the RNS to get a feel for the true potential.
The company will also operate a share buy back programme to improve liquidity.
A very exciting time to hold these shares and with luck the fireworks will start tomorrow!

The last fundraising over 1 year ago was at 15p. These large investors knew what they were doing putting new money into FFWD. The money was invested and we are now about to see the returns on those investments. There is now perhaps the final opportunity to get in at the same price as those investors as I do not see this share below 15p in 2018.

You can't get an accurate NAV here as the PF is made up of unlisted companies. Many of the company valuations are based on the original purchase price hence don't reflect accumulated value. I would suggest the reported NAV is fairly meaningless here as there are some investments worth multiples of the purchase price. This will become apparent, for example, when Nuuvera and Factom complete IPO and when Leap Gaming is sold. So why the focus on NAV here?

ffwd has a few interesting investments but seems to trade at a premium around 2 x nav.

As far as I can see nav is only reported twice yearly on interims & prelims so difficult to value it ongoing, unless constantly monitoring the investee co's which I havent got time or inclination to do.

Interims are due 28th - anyone got a steer on likely nav adjusted for share buybacks?
