I don't know, The Accountant. Obviously the BoD are telling us that they are going for the buy back option because the share price is undervalued, but then they would say that since it hasn't reached the heady heights of the last Placing price for quite some time.:-)What are your views?

Just out of interest does anyone know how much FFWD has available in existing cash resources? Following the investment in Nuuvera in March there were no funds left and then the money raised from the sale of Moon Active amounted to about £600,000. I'm just trying to figure out the maths here.:-)

Well a positive day with two announcements and one of them contained updates I wasn't really aware of so some "new" news. Well done at last BOD. All you have to do is keep the momentum going and stick to your "word" now and things may look a lot better here. Glad to be proved wrong on two of my previous posts! 26% up so far today and not one but two RNS's. Credit where credit is due.

Unusual for a company to buy back shares, they clearly believe the shares are significantly under valued at current price and I have no doubt this is true. This will add solid support to the share price going forward. Certainly not a time to be selling.

I certainly wouldn't bet on it given FFWD's past performance but some say miracles do occur. This may be one! Whether it does anything to the share price is another matter. About time some news had a really positive effect so everything crossed my end!

Profit ~ $6.54 per gram
Aiming for 100 million grams from million sq feet

Gives $654 million

They have land next door to increase to 11 million square feet

Potentially ~$7 billion per year

Discussion today on LSE indicates that Nuuvera will produce 117 million grams per year at around $6 net per gram. Aphria are supplying 17,000kg to nuuvera, the rest is produced by Nuuvera. This should be very good indeed for the FFWD NAV. Hopefully we will see this value increase reflected in the share price soon.
