20/11/2017 16:35 | I don't know, The Accountant. Obviously the BoD are telling us that they are going for the buy back option because the share price is undervalued, but then they would say that since it hasn't reached the heady heights of the last Placing price for quite some time.:-)What are your views? | doodlebug4
20/11/2017 15:49 | Anyone any thoughts on whether taking part in the placement which Nuuvera is about to do would be a better use of the cash than the share buyback ? | the accountant
20/11/2017 14:49 | dietcoke - I've just been checking and the monies from the sale of Moon Active amounted to £582,750. | doodlebug4
20/11/2017 14:42 | That had occurred to me doodlebug. How many shares can be bought with 600K (5,000,000 @12p) | dietcoke197
20/11/2017 14:31 | Just out of interest does anyone know how much FFWD has available in existing cash resources? Following the investment in Nuuvera in March there were no funds left and then the money raised from the sale of Moon Active amounted to about £600,000. I'm just trying to figure out the maths here.:-) | doodlebug4
20/11/2017 12:38 | Well a positive day with two announcements and one of them contained updates I wasn't really aware of so some "new" news. Well done at last BOD. All you have to do is keep the momentum going and stick to your "word" now and things may look a lot better here. Glad to be proved wrong on two of my previous posts! 26% up so far today and not one but two RNS's. Credit where credit is due. | lauders
20/11/2017 11:42 | Nothing to stop this now - until they've bought 6 MILLION SHARES IN THE MARKET!! Meanwhile, their investee companies going from strength to strength. Happy Christmas! | philjeans
20/11/2017 11:40 | This is the day we have been waiting for for some time. Nearly back to the 15P of the last placing. | 888icb
20/11/2017 11:22 | Unusual for a company to buy back shares, they clearly believe the shares are significantly under valued at current price and I have no doubt this is true. This will add solid support to the share price going forward. Certainly not a time to be selling. | bdog51
20/11/2017 10:59 | Only going one way now - on to 15p then 20p by EOY. BUY for me | philjeans
20/11/2017 10:58 | FastForward Innovations Limited (AIM: FFWD) (the "Company") today announces that it will, with immediate effect, commence a share repurchase programme of Ordinary Shares up to a maximum of 5.9 million shares (the "Programme"). The Programme will be funded from existing cash resources and is being undertaken given the Directors' belief that the current market price, particularly given the recent Market Update, significantly undervalues the underlying value of the Company's investment portfolio. | philjeans
20/11/2017 10:57 | More good news - SHARE BUY BACK UP TO 5.9 MILLION !! BONZER! | philjeans
20/11/2017 10:36 | 13.5p being paid. Initial Offer on Leap is at a 40% premium, could go higher in negotiations yet. | bdog51
20/11/2017 10:11 | RNS out. Nuuvera, Leap and Intensity updates. Looking good here at last.. | bdog51
20/11/2017 10:11 | Great news there! On to 20p! | philjeans
20/11/2017 09:47 | No official news but UP 6.5% | 888icb
20/11/2017 00:38 | so do you think we will get an RNS off FFWD tomorrow I certainly wouldn't bet on it given FFWD's past performance but some say miracles do occur. This may be one! Whether it does anything to the share price is another matter. About time some news had a really positive effect so everything crossed my end! | lauders
19/11/2017 16:32 | Better late than never.:-) | doodlebug4
19/11/2017 15:58 | 7am monkey or if they have a lie in 10:10am | jonesyboy 27
19/11/2017 15:53 | so do you think we will get an RNS off FFWD tomorrow, you know what there like lol | monkeymonkey
19/11/2017 15:32 | Leeb100 ramping on LSE classic | jonesyboy 27
18/11/2017 21:14 | Aphria partnership Production cost $1.11 per gram Aphria royalty $0.10 sell for $7.75 Profit ~ $6.54 per gram Aiming for 100 million grams from million sq feet Gives $654 million They have land next door to increase to 11 million square feet Potentially ~$7 billion per year | jonesyboy 27
18/11/2017 19:10 | Discussion today on LSE indicates that Nuuvera will produce 117 million grams per year at around $6 net per gram. Aphria are supplying 17,000kg to nuuvera, the rest is produced by Nuuvera. This should be very good indeed for the FFWD NAV. Hopefully we will see this value increase reflected in the share price soon. | bdog51
17/11/2017 22:47 | Thanks Jonesy. Here's the Nuuvera RNS, 17th November 2017 14:32 ET - "Nuuvera Corp and Mira IX Acquisition Corp. Announce Definitive Agreement in Respect of Qualifying Transaction" | bdog51
17/11/2017 20:54 | Nuuvera RNS out....hope you are all in I told you very very soon... | jonesyboy 27 |
