11/10/2017 10:19 | mm's want 12.45p now pretty sure that seller has exhausted themselves now | dave4545
10/10/2017 19:33 | Yooya largest shareholders are IPO specialists. dreamincubator.co.jp | jonesyboy 27
10/10/2017 19:14 | Trying to assess Nuuvera IPO value effect on share price. Latest NAV 7.6P per share (last results RNS) Value of Nuuvera Investment at that time 1.6P based on 4.45% of GBP 40mill (approx CAD 65 mill) Assuming FFWD do not invest in CAD 20 mill fundraise (don't think we have any spare cash), then we end up with 3.4% (obviously still worth approx 1.6p per share) If IPO value is CAD 85mill (including extra CAD 20 mill)then we maintain same 1.6p value. Talk here of IPO being ''several hundred million'', so lets assume CAD 200mill i.e CAD115mill ''value added'. FFWD gets 3.4% of CAD 115 mill = CAD 3.9 mill which equates to 1.85p approx. IF it IPO'd higher it would be approx an extra 1.6p per CAD 100mill.i.e. CAD300 mill IPO value would equate to approx 5p per FFWD share (PLUS 3.4P on current NAV! No idea what IPO value will be but the potential for NAV growth is significant. Suspect the higher value will come in the months post IPO. Hope that all kinda makes sense? Still hold 1.2 mill of these and still underwater on average price paid. Holding long term and hoping for a better next 12 months. Has to be some news on Yooya soon - IPO would be nice? | cumbrian2
10/10/2017 10:09 | FFWD board where's the VEMO RNS? The market needs to know about the 80+ US Colleges signed up last week | jonesyboy 27
09/10/2017 18:05 | Good decision to take a 'gap year' keya and hopefully we are back on track. I would have a little more faith in FFWD if the administration was more professional, there were far too many typos in that news release and whoever was responsible for editing it really needs to shape up. | doodlebug4
09/10/2017 16:22 | I recon a few weeks and all the details will be available. Shell holders will get a nice 150% instant return but much more on re-list. I think the company will be valued at few hundred mill on listing, and could move sharply higher in short order. | trotterstrading
09/10/2017 15:49 | thankyou Doodle. -------------------- A comprehensive press release with further particulars relating to the Proposed Transaction and the Resulting Issuer will follow in accordance with the policies of the TSXV. The publication of the above report will likely tell us what value the IPO is expected at and the finer details of such, anyone any ideas of the timescales involved. Wish I had been closer to the action, I bet the lucky b@stards who invested in the shell do very well out of this. Think it was only listed for a month but such an obvious connection. | keya5000
09/10/2017 15:42 | Welcome back keya. | doodlebug4
09/10/2017 15:37 | Expecting Lingo news this week | jonesyboy 27
09/10/2017 15:37 | Bought back in here after perhaps a good 12-18 months away. Always thought after the initial excitement of getting the majority of the investments time would be needed for them to mature to the next stage or an event to crystillize value. Feel today's/Fridays news is a definite step in the right direction and perhaps it's time to start loading up further here with that initial excitement on the quality invested in now reaching fruition. Good to see the regulars still around.... | keya5000
09/10/2017 11:14 | Good to see the news release, but there does seem to be some confusion about the correct spelling of Nuuvera.:-) | doodlebug4
09/10/2017 09:26 | Few were trying to buy in Friday and found it very difficult to get any decent amounts | jonesyboy 27
09/10/2017 09:10 | V strong right now 11.25-11.5p you can sell for 11.42p and still not quote online for anything over 7500 shares | dave4545
09/10/2017 08:54 | What size are the mm's dealing with ? | dave4545
09/10/2017 08:40 | Try a limit order - I think that at times of big demand there is sometimes unavailability of almost any quantity except ultra-small, via the usual online "quote and deal" buy methods. f | fillipe
09/10/2017 08:36 | Cannot buy 10,000 online at 11.5p perhaps they have ran out ? | dave4545
09/10/2017 08:35 | jonesyboy Just one seller via the 100k blocks. When they run out the rise will be more rapid. | dave4545
09/10/2017 08:32 | Hilarious people selling, the news hasn't even started properly for Nuuvera. Wait and see pre and post Cannatech. | jonesyboy 27
09/10/2017 08:22 | Stacks of buying then when there is a sell it's 100k blocks to clearly a seller who wants out. Clear them and the price should move more strongly instead of being stuck in a narrow range | dave4545
09/10/2017 07:21 | The Numbers RNS is out this morning. This should cause some interest and ignite the share price as it's very good news. | 888icb
08/10/2017 15:12 | Thanks doggo. My Sunday afternoon maths indicates we could be looking at a company with $1B annual revenue here. Simply WOW! | bdog51
08/10/2017 13:39 | Great Lauder I'll post an updated. nuuvera piece later. Full links | jonesyboy 27
08/10/2017 13:14 | Thank you for your reply doggo. Must have missed the latest 3 billion views news will check it out. Probably just forgot. You seem well versed in FFWD matters so I will leave it to you to keep us posted ;-) Just need those links, which as I have already stated, ARE PERMITTED by ADVFN. Lots of investors breaking their rules if not allowed! Mentioned the latest Nuuvera news to Jim Mellon last night when asking about another matter and he replied "Announcement happening. Pretty cool". His replies are usually very short and to the point. I also had a reply from Daniel Blackman COO of PulseFlow after sending a message noting all had been quiet for "too" long and asking how things were going. His reply "the business is strong and moving forward well. What this space for some exciting news and developments as our partners and market presence grows." Make of that what you will! | lauders
08/10/2017 11:47 | Yooya original funding round led by Dream Incubator (DI) (Japan), Angel Investors (china) and FFWD. The senior manager of Dream Incubator became a director of Yooya in the second round of funding. FFWD also took part in this funding round. It's perfect for Japanese companies (contents holders, advertisers etc.) seeking exposure to Chinese consumers, DI provide distribution methods through Yooya Media, as well as consulting and “business producing” services to support marketing activities targeting domestic Chinese consumers and inbound Chinese tourists to Japan. DI have three overseas offices in Asia; Vietnam, China and India and they’re engaging in business producing activities to support Japanese companies to produce business in these growing Asian markets, also other countries such as Indonesia using their networks with national/local governments and businesses, so Yooya model could be replicated in these countries. DI are IPO specialists and that's the target with Yooya. They've worked with 36 companies, 25 of which have gone through IPO. A year ago FFWD excitedly told us via RNS they had 340 mill views a month. 12 months later it's 3 billion views per month (most recent update) extrapolating that growth the figure is likely to be over 5 billion a month now. | jonesyboy 27 |
