Do you look at the PREM share price all the time Johns, or have you sold out there?

Seems a lot on here are expecting quick returns and getting miffed. I see it as a share you don't have to look at all the time. Those with itchy feet should sell and buy one of the 99% of dogs in AIM and probably get shafted by the company where the CEO has hardly any shares,,,,unlike here.

I'm sure once you lose your money to chase a rainbow FFWD will still be here around the same point or going on a upward trend. Good luck

There's quite a long investment-to-reward cycle here ie slow growth of young tech companies. I knew this when I dived in here. Still early days in the grand scheme of things. I'll continue to hold in the belief that the real rewards here are to be had in 1-3 years. It's a long wait and I am trusting Lorne to ultimately generate premium returns for the patient investors. I could be wrong but only time will tell and it's a risk I accept.I fully understand those who lose patience and are frustrated with the share price The Satoshi sale didn't inspire me either. Hopefully those of us who stick it out will be rewarded in the end. Factom, Nuuvera and Leap could each multi bag significantly and thus provide the catalyst needed to re- launch the share price But that will take a while yet. There are also a few dark horses which could surprise eg Moon, DBC..who knows?!

Lorne is a very large shareholder so I think it is safe to assume he does care about the shareholders. Only big news will move the share price and unfortunately Lorne can't control the news from FFWD's investments much as I am sure he would like to be able to do so!

I'm hanging on a little longer, Lesp gaming have signed a few contracts this year with big players, IF the IPO does go ahead then I believe the contracts will add value to our initial investment in leap gaming IMO

Well done canalet3. Exactly what I was thinking of doing. An example of action paying off when switching. Better to ditch dogs and go with winners. I may still do that shortly. I am sure I will rest more easily and devote more time to better companies who care about their shareholders. HOC was my suggestion when asked for alternative before when I suggested switching. That is now 23.4% higher to buy compared to FFWD being DOWN 16.4%. If there is a market sell off for any reason I am still watching IQE among others.

Post 7384. I believe it's $40M Cad which is approx £25M ie to break even.

tennisebow was just below the 3 % level ,no ? But does he still hold all that ?
Anyway I got fed up with this a few weeks ago and bought IQE and have since increased
my depleted savings by over 50 % Good luck to to those who can afford to wait.

As much as we would hope this news - which will presumably be officially released by FFWD on Monday morning - will spark a recovery in the share price I can't see it happening. I will be very happy to be proved wrong.

What a shocking balance sheet Schoold appears to have! Yikes. The wait for any real share price moving (positive direction) news continues.

It needs to reach at least $40m just to give our current paper valuation...

Combined value now $31m I suspect a decent uplift from that value on re-list.. should easily double our investment:)

Hardly surprising that Stephen Dattels decided to resign as co-Chairman of FFWD and depart with his reputation reasonably intact - apart from the fact that he was largely instrumental in bringing Lorne Abony onboard and appointing him as CEO.

Marvellous, more directors and more jobs for the boys.

(ii) an increase of the size of its board of directors from six to seven directors, the re-election of three current members of the board and the election of four new board members who will take office upon completion of the Transaction (“Board Changes”);

DB, actually not so much now. I sold 70% of holding last time it spiked to 13p odd. Bought some back this morn sub 10p hold about £8k worth now so prob modest relative to others? Point being I'm not blinded by the sales pitch, that said I'm genuinely excited by Nuuvera, which I think is the golden goose ;0)

TW has beef with JM and FFWD best ignore. LA is a very successful businessman, he's not an admin guy. He's a deals guy. Buying FFWD is basically gambling on the success of LA's deal making prowess. I've seen enough to think my investment here will be worth multiples of my outlay within 12 months

I believe that is the 'news' that Lauders posted on this thread two days ago - post 7355?

It is DB4 but the credit goes to the LSE rampers who spotted it first. Once again shows the efficiency (NOT) of FFWD's BOD. Took them this long to issue an RNS on news in the market for two days already and which includes Lorne's name throughout. Incompetence comes to mind? Very impressive. As you say possibly issued to stop the share price fall.

As for the news itself seems like a bit of a funny arrangement when Lorne is so heavily involved in Nuuvera and is making deals with companies that in turn reflect on FFWD. Must just be me who thinks it is odd, but I am the first to state I may have it all wrong. Hope so and there is no "funny" business going on here as per the suggestions from TW re: other investee companies and FFWD BOD "connections"?

If I'm reading the terms of that agreement correctly, Nuvvera are going to have to shell out $4million plus a few more bucks to build a state-of-the-art greenhouse, but I agree that future revenues look very promising.

4.4% of a company that will be worth hundreds of millions will do me. Look at the numbers in the RNS! Aphria will make $10m pa and they are only getting 10cents for every gram harvested, Nuuvera will be getting several dollars!
