30/6/2017 15:56 | rafboy - This is FFWD. Nobody knows anything unfortunately. No late news on the Lingo deadline today, so unless we see something after UK market hours it will hopefully be update time on Monday. Check the Leap Gaming related news release that FFWD put out earlier this year. I made a reference to it in an earlier post. The wording of that said today was the target for it too, but it was also clear there were no guarantees about anything. So now after a week that I was expecting some news other than that we received none of them have come. Those results are well overdue aren't they? Previous two years released in May and June. This year July, hopefully because of the "big news" to come? | lauders
30/6/2017 15:28 | Anyone know what is happening with the Leap Gaming IPO? | rafboy
30/6/2017 01:44 | Interesting Factom just issued a tech update on their website saying they dealt with an "attack" and came out successfully: "It isn’t a test we enjoyed being part of, but it is a test that we passed. Good to know that in the world of network/computer viruses etc... Factom seem to be covered. | lauders
29/6/2017 12:46 | The longer we have to wait for news the less chance there is of the share price holding at the current level. imo | doodlebug4
29/6/2017 12:34 | Disappointed an RNS did not come along today. Suppose there is still a chance of an afternoon one, but it is 30th June tomorrow. Guess FFWD don't have to announce anything until next week or even after but it would be mighty disappointing to see nothing tomorrow. Those who have patience are saints ;-) | lauders
28/6/2017 02:16 | That is good news DB4. Things lining up for later this week prior to the deadline? Also noted that Factom have finally updated their "news" page and there are a number of new pieces showing: | lauders
27/6/2017 07:59 | Very true flashheart! They are still cutting it close no matter how we look at it ;-) Today in the afternoon UK time would be very nice indeed. Better than tomorrow, or the day after or the final day of the "Lingo deadline". | lauders
27/6/2017 07:57 | Don't forget Lauders, that FFWD are not averse to issuing news during the working day. Could come anytime. | flashheart
27/6/2017 07:51 | I try to be realistic hazl ;-) Looks like FFWD are going to take it to the wire, although I really hope it is not a Friday RNS or two we receive. Usually not good news on Fridays so looking for Thursday at the latest. Let's see if Thursday or Friday. No news at all would not be good. | lauders
26/6/2017 13:02 | 6% rise so far on low volume of 300000. When we get some solid news some decent volume can take us higher in short order. | 888icb
26/6/2017 08:21 | Realistic posts Lauders agree with much of that. | hazl
26/6/2017 02:11 | The guys on LSE are ALWAYS in overdrive 888! Seems more of a rampers board than anything else to me but like you say "Let's hope they are right" for once! GOT to be some news if FFWD stick to stated deadlines. Where will the share price be on Friday at the close? No idea whatsoever from my side. Could be significantly up or down based on this week so rather a critical one and I hope Lorne will show his true colours. | lauders
26/6/2017 00:19 | The guys on LSE are in overdrive getting very excited about next week. Let's hope they are right! | 888icb
24/6/2017 01:22 | Not the end of the month yet DB4. Hence there is still time but not much. Next week has to be an important one surely? Leap Gaming news delaying results release? Let's hope that is the reason and they come together and are game changing ;-) Those of us who have stuck it out here need some good news and positive price action. I am sure those placing participants at 15p would fully agree too! PS - We also have this to consider: Toronto, Canada, June 6, 2017 – Lingo Media Corporation (TSX-V: LM; OTCQB: LMDCF) (“Lingo Media” or the “Company” So POSSIBLE "results/Leap IPO news/Lingo news" all on the same day if a super positive (hopefully) RNS is planned. Should be a mighty interesting week and potentially rewarding one for anyone brave enough to top-up or even take a new position. There again if it is all promises and delays consider the share price reacting negatively instead. Do you feel lucky? PPS - The Leap situation is far from set in stone so it may well come to nothing as stated here: Leap Gaming is currently in the process of engaging advisers ahead of the proposed IPO which is expected to complete in the first half of 2017. The Company can give no guarantee that an IPO will be completed or the valuation at which such IPO will occur. The Board of FastForward is however supportive of the proposed steps and will look to support Leap Gaming management over the course of the next few months. | lauders
23/6/2017 21:16 | A sizeable sell this afternoon. What is happening to the Leap Gaming IPO which was supposed to be completed by the end of this month? | doodlebug4
22/6/2017 12:21 | Vermont University being one of the "higher instituitions"? Concordia the other? | lauders
22/6/2017 11:24 | Nice RNS. Another piece in the jigsaw, for the bigger picture! The market doesn't really rate FFWD, as one of it's favourites. I don't know why Lorne didn put in the RNS, that he purchased some Lithium batterys from the the local supermarket (OMG they have Lithium). We would be 22p by now! | nesty1760
22/6/2017 09:48 | I still have a small interest here. Good to have the newsflow. | hazl
22/6/2017 07:53 | Good that it is not "old" news this time. Seems pretty good to me on a quick scan. Would have been nice if they had combined it with the pending results for a double whammy! Perhaps tomorrow or early next week. Would be a shame to have to wait until July for the results. | lauders
21/6/2017 01:54 | MA may well be a company that will blow us away bdog51. Trouble is their website is not investor friendly in any form and we only depend on FFWD for news which as we know is pretty unreliable as it is. I actually contacted MA the other day and asked them if they would consider updating their website (hasn't been changed for over a year apart from possible job offerings as far as I can see) to at least provide a "news" page to promote their offerings and share any events/news etc.... Nothing so far, so they probably think I am just a pesky FFWD shareholder who should be ignored. Probably true ;-) Still if you do not try you do not know and contact with some companies in the past has been quite rewarding in as far as follow-up action is concerned. PulseFlow (DBC) for example are very good at replying (prompt and listen to a point) while Leap Gaming have also been pretty good too. Both MUCH better than Lorne for example who has been a total failure on this front. Jim on the other hand has been very good, although I am disappointed he appears to have little influence on the decisions made at FFWD. | lauders
20/6/2017 22:37 | Some recent posts on Twitter indicate that MoonActive is already making $900k revenue per month and has 1.3 million downloads a month, all from just one game ie Coin Master. Also that there's an upward trend. If that's correct it's most impressive. The next Candy Crush perhaps? Coin Master is free to download but generates revenue through in-game purchases. Having downloaded it and played the game before, purely for evaluation purposes obviously, I can confirm that it is highly addictive! MoonActive could turn out to be far more profitable than many of us were expecting. I'm looking forward to some long awaited recovery in the share price following the next round of news updates. Good luck all. | bdog51 |
