20/6/2017 02:23 | Pretty terrifying statistic for diabetic sufferers in the UK: I wonder if the DBC will surprise us down the road. The above is just the UK. There are a lot of unfortunate people in the world coping with this illness and so the market must be huge. I hope that the DBC (PulseFlow) can help many of them. | lauders
19/6/2017 07:52 | The Intensity Therapeutics update was posted here by Lauders on Friday morning. | doodlebug4
19/6/2017 07:50 | An RNSNON so not so grand in the scheme of things and one that should have been issued on Friday morning. Come on FFWD try harder! The next news better be something major. | lauders
19/6/2017 07:26 | It's above for all to see, price action very muted in my opinion. | mustau

17/6/2017 03:49 | Vemo mentioned in this pdf: Roofer2 - I certainly hope so! Results are now almost 1 month later than last year and a few days later than 2015, so we really should have those results anytime now. Results for the Year Ended 31 March 2016 May 24, 2016 Final Results Jun 17, 2015 With luck the FFWD team have been working hard behind the scenes and have been too busy to provide their shareholders with useful updates via their website for a reason. Soon find out! | lauders
16/6/2017 20:20 | Well let's see what next week brings !!! gla R2 | roofer2
16/6/2017 11:53 | They would only probably know about the news if they checked here DB4 ;-) You do have to wonder sometimes. Kristini2 - It is AWFUL. Sticking them in the bottom draw may well be best depending if you want to tie your funds up for so long. Good luck if that is what you decide to do. | lauders
16/6/2017 11:30 | I can't believe the latest tweet on the FFWD twitter hashtag is about Jim Mellon's latest book - I'm not quite sure what that has to do with Fast Forward Innovations - and the "about Jim" section has him listed as a non-executive director of Kuala Innovations Limited.! No mention of the latest news from Intensity Therapeutics. | doodlebug4
16/6/2017 10:41 | awful chart- haphazard in nature, i suppose it's a bottom draw long term wait and see stock | kristini2
16/6/2017 08:57 | Thank you Lauders. | doodlebug4

15/6/2017 13:36 | 14 Jun '17 - 02:20 - 7095 of 7103 0 0 Edit Good to see that Leap Gaming are at least, unlike FFWD, keeping their website updated. Notice they have changed the layout of their news and blog pages too, however the most recent piece on the blog does not open when clicked (I have sent a message to them pointing that out!). Now if we could only get some decent news from FFWD......! The Leap Gaming team replied to my message and thanked me for notifying them of the faulty link. I asked them about the IPO very briefly and absolutely no comments about that LOL! Wasn't expecting one but if you don't ask you never know ;-) | lauders
15/6/2017 12:13 | Thanks DB4. That is quite encouraging actually. bazildonbond: There may not be much exposure to cryptocurrency but at least we have Factom. Shame we don't have a larger portion of the pie really. | lauders
15/6/2017 10:56 | 2017-06-13 Press release: a joint development with Atrris Kaula Inc. and Atrris Corporation have formed a joint development of a usage record management system utilizing Factom’s blockchain solution The initiative will retain record authenticity and tamper resistance to data processing of the Japanese social security system. | doodlebug4
15/6/2017 08:22 | Quote "I've been searching for ages for a solid business case around cryptocurrency - and I think this is a winner. I'd invest directly in Factom, but I don't like buying USD firms as you get hit with an FX spread and have to manage entry and exit into US stocks with both share price and FX in mind, which can be tricky." unquote. There's not much exposure to Cryptocurrency with FFWD! | bazildonbond
15/6/2017 02:48 | namkrad - I wish you well and hope the funds you managed to raise from you sale are invested somewhere that gets your money back and then some! Would be interested where you invest to compare the performance ;-) As folk here know I am no fan of FFWD and have moaned about them for ages. I have communicated with Jim and Lorne and only Jim has had the courtesy to reply and actually apologize (last message from him). Seems as though he does not have the power we think he has when it comes to FFWD decisions and Lorne is totally useless as far as I can see. With you on the football analogy DB4! As you will also note I very rarely visit the LSE BB but I had a look yesterday and amongst the chaff I found these two posts from a poster named "fluid3d": Hi all. Thanks to the bored sellers recently, I've managed to hit my target holding of 1.5m shares at a very compelling average. I've not really bothered checking LSE up to now, but am simply amazed at the banality of some of the commentary on here. No RNS's? Of course there are no RNS's - this is essentially a fund of some of the most sought after, cutting edge tech and emerging businesses available, and all the news for what is happening is in plain sight. FFWD will RNS when it materially affects the actual entity - but so much good is happening with the portfolio, all of which you can follow using Google, I can't believe people are getting bored? As someone who has spent the past 15 years working in tech on the acquisition side of a large US business - I am thrilled to be able to invest at grassroots level in plays such as Fintech cryptocurrency. This is something normally only VCs and angel investors get the chance to do - but I think this must be the first fund that I've come across that offers the chance to take the same stake with so little actual risk. Diversified portfolio, flexibility to change investments at a whim - and the majority of the stakes benefiting from a USD FX tailwind that uplifts our investments alongside the natural increase in investment valuations - what's not to like. When news does drop - you're going to be breathless. Good luck. AND in reply to a follow-up question: Hi Gunsofmyown1 Im in Media and Entertainment tech specifically, but used to looking at companies for acquisition, and valuing based on potential. What I like about Factom, is how sticky their solution is. This means that if, say, a major bank employs Factom tech to underpin the security of their records, then it's almost impossible for them to switch it out for a rival technology, as all the history of the records have been hashed into their unique blockchain. So they are, essentially, locked in to that tech decision. This technology then forms the backbone of the enterprise, so its use is mandated across all their records, across all parts of the bank. Monetising the usage of factoids is the genius, as its a pure consumption token model, and costs are low enough to make it easy for anyone to implement, those costs simply scaling up in a manageable way as usage increases. Banks can also put this expenditure down to Opex, rather than Capex, which is preferable to their balance sheet, and simply build the ongoing subscription into their general running costs. I've been searching for ages for a solid business case around cryptocurrency - and I think this is a winner. I'd invest directly in Factom, but I don't like buying USD firms as you get hit with an FX spread and have to manage entry and exit into US stocks with both share price and FX in mind, which can be tricky. Hence me choosing FFWD as my way in. And it's just one of FFWD's investments by the way, so you are massively diversified and protected in terms of downside. Now while I don't totally agree about the RNS situation (we have seen them issue some belated RNS and RNSNON news on a couple of investee companies) the poster does to some degree have a point. So I have decided, at least until the next RNS or 2 come along, to just try and be patient (as if I haven't already!) and see what develops. I wish all those who lost patience the best and hope you get your investment back somewhere else. | lauders
14/6/2017 20:15 | Sad to see so many investors losing faith here. If Lorne Abony was a football manager in this country he would have been sacked a long time ago. | doodlebug4
14/6/2017 18:53 | I have joined this topic back in march/april 2016 and bought into FFWD @18.8. I have tracked FFWD progress for last 1.5 yr and realized they have got nothing to offer, they do not move forward fast. There have been many promises, buzz and kept hearing yeah this share will pay out in 5 years. I am out. I have sold this morning @10.5 so it is not the greatest investment. Good luck to you all and to those who will wait another 2-3-5years? The worls is moving fast outside of this topic. Cheers. | namkrad
