10/3/2021 08:45 | Give it a rest Skip! Everyone knows now shareholders here have been taken for mugs. No shorters, didn't Ed even manage to get a figure figure investment from TW into this share? Look out for the vendetta on the money he has lost. | 1retirement
10/3/2021 08:43 | He is also a director of EMMAC! | 1retirement
10/3/2021 08:39 | Looks like the shorters have descended on this board. They fail to mention that a 186% return on investment would be the envy of many a fund manager. | the skipper
10/3/2021 08:29 | Give it a rest ICB - first EMMAC is the great hope, now you're saying we should pin all our hopes on Leap. No doubt that will be a closed sale to some other connected party at a steep discount. As LTH we're being taken for mugs | neutronium
10/3/2021 08:25 | Clearly disappointing that due to the sale to cureleaf we can’t realise the full value of our investment in EMMAC. However Ed would have known this when he said our market cap would be &100 million by the end of the year. Therefore as you would expect as we own 44% of our largest investment Leap Gaming it must be worth £70 million. Ed sits on Leap board so he should know what they expect. | 888icb
10/3/2021 08:21 | Lol holders here getting rinsed again. Remember when I pointed out in the initial investment to EMMAC that fastforward payed many multiples for their 2.3 percent but other directors (you know who I'm talking about) got then times the shares for a fraction of what fast forwardpaid. Its 2018 all over again and shareholders are complaining, it was written many moons ago. Cant believe they rolled out the exact same excuse for offloading the curaleaf shares! Lol Where's greenham/DU to explain this? Even dazzler stopped ramping this | 1retirement
10/3/2021 07:54 | Seems not... They can't get the shares as UK based. | babbler
10/3/2021 00:58 | The deal values EMMAC at 286 million plus an earn out of upto 57 million so a total of all goes to plan of US$343 million which converts to £247 million. So FFWD’s 2.3% converts to £5.7 million. In addition FFWD have a £750000 Convertible loan note so we need see how many shares that converts into which will clearly be more than £750000. I am thinking say £7 million. Most of the consideration is in Curaleaf shares so we should have the upside on those shares going forward which hopefully will give us the ipo effect we were hoping for. Looking good but let’s see what the RNS says. | 888icb
09/3/2021 23:49 | Awesome news. Can't wait for the market to open tomorrow | kadvfn1

09/3/2021 23:14 | Emmac been bought out by Curaleaf Holdings for around 343mill dollars according to bloomberg tonight. | monkeymonkey
09/3/2021 09:35 | Seems we've lost the traders now and can move slowly back up again | jmid1000
08/3/2021 20:58 | So you add up the cash and all the little stakes and your back at perhaps 10-12 mil for Leap and Emmac. Might be a bargain. I just wonder if Emmac valuation when it floats differs depending on how much of a bubble cannabis stocks are. If they floated a month ago I reckon they could have hit a £1 billion valuation in trading. Now things are more subdued maybe 500 million would be a great result time will tell. | dave4545
08/3/2021 20:55 | Think FFWD is getting dragged unfairly down on the slump in the recently floated Cannabis stocks. KNB CBX and MXC have been battered from their highs. I mean CBX 28p high to 9p KNB hit 50p now 18p Mxc high 9's to 3.2p I do not think FFWD went too high but the 3 above did and they have dragged FFWD down with them somewhat | dave4545
08/3/2021 10:39 | RNS this morning about a disposal by Portage which also involves Juvenesence. All positive stuff set out in a Portage RNS on the 4th March so essentially something that was already known. Not sure why the share price has gone down slightly on that news. Perhaps disappointment that it was not EMMAC news! | 888icb
08/3/2021 10:21 | ANA is the best cannabis stock out there. License application has progressed successfully The Home Office has advised DJT Plants that its application has progressed successfully through internal Home Office checks and that at this point no objections have been raised. The Home Office has also advised DJT Plants that a site visit and meeting with DJT Plants’ personnel is necessary prior to licence issuance. 5p+ | gordan ghetto
05/3/2021 13:48 | A good recovery on the back of strong buying after the initial fall. Now down just 2% on volume of 1.45 million. Hopefully the traders who have been active in recent days have moved on with a few pence per share profit in their pocket. I think there was an expectation that a liquidity event was going to be announced but as that didn’t happen the traders have moved on. I think the EMMAC liquidation event could be announced any day now and the traders will miss out on the very substantial rise that will occur on that announcement. Ed is essentially predicting a 50p share price by the end of the year so nearly a 5 bagger from today’s share price from liquidity events and no further fund raises. So it seems highly likely that the share price should at least double on the EMMAC news and then there will be Leap which should be the biggest boost of all. There are other investments that will play their part but it’s those 2 that will do the heavy lifting. | 888icb
05/3/2021 11:18 | The market makers are keen to acquire stock at these levels. Currently 6 v 1 | the skipper
05/3/2021 11:07 | The best cannabis stock in the UK Will be producing 200 TONS which is worth £400m. Current mkt cap £6.4m 50# of shares not in open market BOD own 30% Have GW Pharmas growers (GW just got sold for £7b) ANA has the most land (30-50 hectares) out of all the cannabis stocks They will be no 1 in the UK just like Canopy Growth is in USA Current share price 1.08p I would take a position if I was you | gordan ghetto
04/3/2021 16:05 | Portage was actually down about 13% at one point yesterday but finished unchanged. There is very little volume which is disappointing as we were told NASDAQ was different to the previous markets. | 888icb
04/3/2021 15:57 | Does anybody in Canada actually buy stocks. Everything I watch that is trading over there seems to be going down ??? | dave4545
04/3/2021 15:49 | Portage down 15% | jmid1000
04/3/2021 15:46 | The share price doesn't seem to like the news | jmid1000 |
