18/2/2021 18:20 | Dave, for this to get to even a 40p NAV it would need to establish a MC of somewhere between £80-£90million i.e. where NAV equals the share price Where do you see this company establishing assets even close to that number? Isn't it something like 2.5% of EMMAC. That would need a £1billion valuation to even get a £25m foothold into that 80-90m figure. Please stop with the Yooma its now down at $1.50 Canadian dollars on 19,600 shares traded. Is so illiquid on that market, you've said it yourself. To realise value would drive the price into the ground. They might be able to put a price on it but can the actually realise that value, I'd be sceptical given the trading on it to-date. I'm still listening to any good arguments. Give me a good reason to put money in here? Don't forget the 12m warrants from the placing. What price can they be actioned? | 1retirement
18/2/2021 17:50 | 1t And what happens if Emmac announces a flotation at 800 million or 400 million but jumps to £1 billion perhaps £2 billion, there's little tiddlers in the Cannabis market jumping to £100-200 mil atm and Emmac is the Europe leader. Portage goes nuts and is worth £4 mil to FFWD, Yooma jumps to $3 and is worth £10 mil. Juve floats and is worth £2-5 mil Leap floats and is worth anything from 10-30 million Of course they might not but if just one goes mental then you have a winning share so it's a low risk punt ffwd with a good outcome. ps did you lot see Brh today I was banging on about at sub 40p and it hit 120p today and I never bought any, all because of rumours on one investment... | dave4545
18/2/2021 17:47 | OK, closing price a week ago was 10p (above the stated NAV from that quoted in the Placing RNS so a premium being paid). That put the market cap at about £21million. Closing price today was 13.4p, putting the market cap at about £27.5million. Every penny increase in the share price adds an assumed £2.1million to the market cap. PLEASE SHOW ME where the added £6.5million value has come from in this company over the last week? Please don't mention the Portage listing. FFWD only own 0.56% so would need it to list at over a £billion. Nor Yooma which on checking a few minutes ago had traded 900shares today. Yep, 900! Good luck trying to offload into that illiquid market. It may have listed and been possible to assign a presumed value but that's only viable if it can be offloaded. Go on, tell me. If you can convince me I'll throw some money into this tomorrow. It will take some convincing but I will do it if you can show me the value. | 1retirement
18/2/2021 17:44 | I suspect that this may not be the share for you | humala

18/2/2021 16:48 | The math isn't that difilcult but thanks for the offer. What I'm saying is the Stakes they have are now worth more than the previously stated NAV But I suspect you knew this and just wanted your bit of fun ;) | dodddy
18/2/2021 16:43 | Do you want to do the math on this, I'm happy to help you? I like to reach out to help those who cannot tell the difference between your and you're. | 1retirement
18/2/2021 16:16 | >1retirement Not even worth commenting if you seriously can't work this out. Your joking right ?? | dodddy
18/2/2021 15:03 | Please desist from your infantile deramping. Everyone knows the last reported NAV is governed by strict accounting rules which only reflect the purchase value of an investment. The true NAV will be released by the major liquidity events that are now imminent and it’s much higher than 15 p | 888icb
18/2/2021 13:58 | Show me how the last reported NAV of 9.43p is worth anywhere near 15p? I've a £10 note here I will sell you for £15. | 1retirement
18/2/2021 13:54 | "Last reported" obviously means nothing when we're dealing with current values. This is also the last time i'll see pish from that gype again. Filtered. | aberloon2
18/2/2021 13:51 | Here comes the man with the grudge bang on time lol. | rickyl1
18/2/2021 13:39 | Silly price action here. Last reported NAV which was reiterated in the placing RNS was 9.43p. People are paying 15p for something that the company has announced is worth 9.43p per share. The value of current assets has to increase by at least 50% for the buyers to get their money back! Madness. | 1retirement
18/2/2021 12:43 | Currently Number 8 on the Leaderboard Up 22.5% @14.25. A very positive morning for FFWD and it will be interesting to see if we can get back to earlier highs this afternoon as more people realise just how undervalued this share is. | 888icb
18/2/2021 12:02 | Thought 13p sellers were selling themselves short there 13-14p 13.625-14p online so heading back up. It will remain volatile back later | dave4545
18/2/2021 11:49 | Even Portage at this rate could contribute £2-3 milliom Once Yooma wakes up that should become £7-15 million, at the moment it's low volume share transfer of stock around the $1.75 mark | dave4545
18/2/2021 11:43 | Think punters are selling too low now, 15.25p bid high earlier so selling at 13p I'd guess those lucky enough to sell near those highs will be setting up to buy back stock sub 13.5p | dave4545
18/2/2021 10:49 | FFWD old NAV is meaningless at this point, we have two major IPOs about to blow that old figure out of the water. SR seems to have completely missed that very significant point! That old NAV prices in none of the 2021 liquidity events. | basstrend
18/2/2021 10:43 | That MXC is just not stopping | dave4545
18/2/2021 10:36 | @888ICB Well, i hope the BRH experience is still to come for FFWD, which is strange as SQ didn't want to miss that! | aberloon2
18/2/2021 10:26 | Thanks skipper | cryptotrade
18/2/2021 10:26 | Our biggest asset is Leap Gaming which is probably worth more than today’s market cap on its own without any help from Cannabis. So I think your comments about a huge premium are just plain wrong. | 888icb
18/2/2021 10:20 | Crypto, it's a fill or kill order whether you are buying or selling. Set at the bid if selling, ask if buying and it will ususally work except when prices are moving really rapidly. Currently 14 -14.30 with two mms on the bid and only one on the ask with last five trades all buys omo. Got to dash now as I've work to do but will check back in later. Suffice to say that I am neither a buyer or a seller at the moment. | the skipper
18/2/2021 10:17 | I dumped all of my remaining shares this morning. The shares are now trading at a huge premium to nav which I regard as unsustainable. When I originally bought shares here I was investing in a high growth technology company, not a cannabis company. Cannabis is a commodity business with no barriers to entry. All cannabis companies are trading at bubble levels which can only end one way. | square root
18/2/2021 09:51 | And there you go. Hit target sell off.. Traders will be back again near 12..Maybe 13 | babbler |
