Nope princess, that's exactly not what I'm saying but you go ahead and frame the narrative as you see it. Most have seen through the serial ramp and pumpers in here. Now we have the deadline for CBD products legality that nobody cared to share as research because it wasn't the all singing, all dancing DU loveboat theme. Its a hard fact though and difficult to just ignore now I have presented it.

He does it every time the price shows weakness then when we have some strength he comes in telling everyone how well he's traded it.

Complete bellend.

So you are telling us you’ve done zero research before buying and zero research whilst holding and zero research whilst selling and you are on here moaning because someone made these decisions for you. Grow up and leave the board in peace. It’s tiresome listening to you post.

I'm still here Retirement you absolute helmet!

I don't rely on anyone for any research as I'm quite capable of producing my own.

Everyone with a bit of experience on this board knows who you are and what your motiviations are.

I gave you EMMAC, NovelDrinks, Socati,

What have you brought other than pessimism?

Is that the same Matador that disappeared off this thread when challenged on the rubbish that he was channeling, all sourced from that fountain of knowledge DU/greenhamandeggs and whatever other false name he uses now. Couldn't provide evidence then, can't provide the evidence now.

No one but yourself chose to buy and sell ffwd at a loss. Accept your haircut stop being bitter and move on. Keep ffwd on your watch list and when it’s priced at what Ed told us it will be then you can come back in the room and admit you couldn’t see what’s going on within the PF

No guesswork matey. Matador on Twitter has provided ample evidence that the novel foods ruling is superb news for ffwd as opposed to any company that does not have the appropriate novel foods certification.
Don’t find something in the news and present it as a negative when people who know more than you have been discussing the point for months

You haven't provided any evidence. I have. The validity of your point in neutered without evidence. You guys just bluster and provide guesswork as evidence, as shown by 888 earlier this morning.

1retimant Ed has already made great emphasis on this very point. It is great news for us, as the competition drops away. Good try now go away and form some sort of other life as you appear to be a little manic and unstable reading between your lines.

A short but pertinent comment from Twitter

The BetMGM IMGArena deal yesterday was massive news for Leap.
The Socati $25 million purchase yesterday was massive news for Yooma.

#FFWD can be bought for the same price it was prior to both these deals.

I didn't make it up, it was presented to me yesterday in a YouGov poll. Are you saying its not true? I can provide some interesting links if you wish. A simple Google search shows what you need to see.

It seems highly unlikely that major retailers including Holland & Barrett and Selfridges have recently agreed to stock products that will be illegal in a few days time. Perhaps you have had too much of the stuff that actually is illegal currently in the UK.

Did you know:"After April 2021, the majority of current CBD (cannabidiol) over the counter WELLNESS products available will be made ILLEGAL in the UK and will require Novel Foods validation in order to be sold to the general public."The pumpers and rampers never tell you these things on here or Twitter when they ramp about the latest product range or store it'll be in.

We can only use educated guesswork working from the valuation we were given 12 months ago
FFWD valued Its 44% of Leap at £7.15 million in March 2020 which implies a value for Leap of £16.25 million. We are told gaming companies are valued on a multiplier of revenues but we don’t know the revenue figure at that date or the multiplier used. It has been suggested that these multipliers start at 7x but can go much higher. If a 7x multiplier is applied to the £16.25 million valuation the revenue figure would be £2.3 million. We know a listed larger gaming company has increased revenues by 500%. If for illustration of what is possible we apply that to the £2.3 million we get revenue of £11.5 million.
Apply the 7x multiplier that would value Leap at £80.5 million and FFWD’s share at £35.4 million.
Clearly there is much speculation in that illustration but at least it shows what is possible.
However we can also cross check with comments made by Ed regarding where he sees FFWD by the end of the year and realistically that growth can only be delivered by Leap. The important point to note is that Ed is now a Director of Leap assisting with the IPO/disposal of Leap. As a Director and as part of the process he will have all the financial information including revenue and projected revenue. He can form a proper view on a valuation. He can’t tell the shareholders directly but you can deduce it from his overall comments about valuation. Enjoy your research.

By Comparing it to its nearest like for like listed competitor Inspired Gaming. On a similar amount of gambling websites, a similar amount of games etc.
Inspired market cap is $240 million.inspired doesn’t have any official gaming partnerships but I’ll still give Leap a valuation of 20% Inspired. Hence double current mcap.

What do you think Leap could be really worth 888? Ed's said independently valued at £7.15m, but that was a year ago and lots has changed since

Actually I think it’s because of all the new shares issued by YOOM to pay for Socati.

FastForward Innovations Ltd, the AIM quoted company focusing on making investments in fast growing and industry leading businesses, is pleased to announce that Yooma Wellness Inc. ('Yooma'), in which it holds a 5.1% interest, has acquired Socati Corp., a U.S. based manufacturer and seller of premium-quality cannabinoid ingredients and consumer products.

I just noticed that 5.1% which surprised me because it said 8.95% in the last RNS on 18/3/20. I hope it’s an error.
