No stamp duty or extra costs apply for open offers, as you are buying new shares issued by the company.

Well so far the market has not priced into the shares the dilutive effect of the placing, which to be honest I would have expected to see by now to some degree. In fact the price rose after the news. I am still undecided as to whether to come on board via the placing but will make a decision at some stage next week.

Mike, I think the current price makes the offer a bit of a no-brainer. Personally, I think this is a great long-term tuckaway.
