Looks like the Amati overhang is hovering over the price this morning

The mm's spike the price and now the offer online is slowly drifting below 0.6p

I would be quite happy if they just dropped to 0.55p or even 0.5p then get the buying surge, clear Amati then recover to 0.8-1p

Should see a 20% rise today at least. Market is pricing it as if it's going bust but yet is in its strongest position its ever been. 40% margins and largest pipeline ever. Buying more whilst still sub 1p.

Good esults better than expected but the outlook and future is much better . They do not need to raise to reach profitability. Buying more at the silly silly valuation at less than £3million. Should be valued at 7.5 million at least .

Thanks Dave It was the audit supposedly being "very largely complete" which makes the delay look odd - unless there is a deal or funding in the offing as well

TBH every stock I know that has issued a certain date they plan to issue info has not done it this year.

Getting used to this now, I have a suspended stock that said they expect to complete a deal in "H2" and it's H4 next week and still no RNS.

If they are not out by Friday then alarm bells will be ringing

From 4 August RNS:

"The audit is very largely complete, no issues have been raised, and the audited results are expected to be announced in the middle of September 2022."

Doesn't fill you with confidence...........

So when somebody bought 3.5 mil at 0.6p last week the mm allowed Amati to sell 2.5 mil also at the same price.

45 mil left, sounds a lot but not a lot on a rush, that could clear very quickly.

This is one of the most undervalued stocks I have ever seen. Market cap same as cash, revenues growing, profitable very soon, major new partnerships with leading ESET, expanding pipeline and team. I am building a massive stake here. Looking forward to the results next week, will be buying more for sure if they are progressing like they say they are.

9 month downtrend

Must be a record for FLX this stock was always great for super spikes. That shows you what can happen when a massive holder becomes a seller and what might happen when they clear.

I suspect they are making progress but perhaps still not fast enough given cash burn. Hence Amati exiting. It will be interesting to see what the cost base looks like post the divestment of Assynt. Group costs always looked high to me. More positively, from their hiring and social media profile, looks like a dynamic business. Qn is whether after all the u-turns on their product offer, it's settling down and growing.

Results and trading update outlook next week be really interested to see. Had another top up below 0.6 think it could surprise some people the good progress they are making VS the market cap below 3million.

18 mil sale from Friday and Amati confirm it's them.

Nice they are just fire selling the rest now because if they decided to only sell around 0.9-1p then this could have been stuck down here for ages.

So not under 48 mil shares to clear which is not a lot really. I'd not even mind a drop to 0.6p or even 0.55p offer to get that final buying push to finish them off then the price should do a nice 70-100% rebound to around 1p again

Yes Gave the bid has gone up. I suspect there wil be more interest due to the takeover of the Microfocus buyout today

9% up but in reality the price is little different to yesterday

Yesterday 0.537-0.585p

Today 0.55-0.584p so you can still buy way under mid price...hopefully not for much longer

Selling 0.52p when 0.55p bid for just £1k#s worth

Quite happy to pay 0.75p for them when flying then give them away at a stupid low
price when quiet
