21/7/2021 21:26 | Seems a very long corner as per the title thread! Perhaps an announcement on the CBIL loan if they manage to wangle it would send this upwards. What a piece of work this company and its shysters Board are! Run on placings and government loans. Ostensibly for expansion but really for feathering their nest. Very apt sector for them is cybersecurity as they employ radio silence to investors. | mach100
11/7/2021 14:51 | good luck to you all! | paddyfool

10/7/2021 14:08 | and there you have it, there's a reason why revenue equals market cap. There are loads of VC and PE backed firms looking for add ons in this space. They have plenty of money but they haven't turned up here. They, the investment houses have people scouring the market for these bolt ons, you have to ask why they haven't turned up here, and no its n to because the existence of Falanx is a secret, because it isn't. | paddyfool
10/7/2021 11:19 | Did think with the heavyweight Chairman onboard it might have been faster out of the blocks but seems to be ambling along forever 20 to 40 times revenue would do nicely, as presently market cap is around the same as revenue. | wskill
10/7/2021 10:17 | can you hear that bark? Its a dog! This company operates in the hottest part of the market and yet it produces utterly anaemic results, the reason is that they have literally nothing to offer. Businesses like this are changing hands at 20 to 40 times revenue. If this was viable someone would have snapped it up by now. | paddyfool
09/7/2021 15:57 | Any info on WB nominees? | toffeeman

09/7/2021 13:09 | Market is waiting for an update on New CBLS loan and earnings enhancing acquisition Potential Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan ("CBIL") and Capital Reconstruction. Falanx announces that it is in discussions with a specialist lender for the provision of a UK Government backed CBIL loan. This loan would enable the Group to make earnings enhancing acquisitions to enhance its core Cyber division, as well as supporting organic growth. To qualify for the CBIL the Company will be carrying out a capital reconstruction by reducing the share premium account, to decrease the deficit on retained earnings. The reduction of the deficit on retained earnings will, amongst other things, facilitate Falanx in making distributions to its shareholders at some point in the future. Under BVI law the reconstruction will require a change to the memorandum and articles of association and a general meeting will shortly be called in respect of this proposal. Mike Read, Chief Executive, commented: "I am pleased with the continued contract momentum in both of our divisions. Triarii is gaining further traction and recent sales of, and interest in, our Microsoft Sentinel service offering, which was only launched last month, validates our chosen strategy of channel partners and using third party leading technologies to deliver our services. Customers in both divisions are increasing their commitments to us in terms of both quantum and duration and again, this underlies the value of our services to them. We will look to progress the CBIL opportunity and will update the market at the appropriate time as we see this as a strategy which can further support equity growth by enabling earnings enhancing acqusitions." | imjustdandy
09/7/2021 12:19 | Question is why no updates on business or funding? | jonesy100
09/7/2021 11:23 | Walker Cripps held 5.43% on 1.10.20. Now hold 4.73%. Looks like they have been selling into the market which might explain the falling share price No idea whether they have stopped selling now but the MM's seem happy to raise the share price on minimal buying so perhaps the overhang (for now) has gone. | mdchand
09/7/2021 09:31 | Yeah, in the old days you would see the cross trades but now they do not show anything. Yet another string to the mm bow although it might not be anything to do with them but we should be shown these transactions. mm's have totally rang for cover. Nothing offered at 1.2p, 1.4p and I'll be taking some profits for sure | dave4545
09/7/2021 09:23 | Bought off another holder maybe? | on target
09/7/2021 08:14 | I'd like to know how somebody can pop up with 5% or 26 million shares when there's been no volumes for months ? Interesting though a fund wants to take 5% of FLX | dave4545
02/7/2021 15:43 | 1 million at a big premium and 700k at the high of the day. I'd say insider | dave4545 |
