05/8/2022 15:41 | A simple no would have done. I just noticed somebody who bought close to 3 million had sold out again for a huge loss. I only asked because you mentioned buying 3 mil and I wondered if you had a change of heart. I suggest you filter me and go on another FLX thread because I will always cross reference buys and sells from the impatient idiots on here. "anxious" lol... | dave4545
05/8/2022 14:50 | Paddyfool Did you sell again ? At 14.39 and 2 seconds apart clearly the same person with 2 separate accounts sold 987k and 1.786 mil £4500 loss well done | dave4545
05/8/2022 11:17 | At this price the only negative is the boys from Edinburgh. Amati, who until recently were sellers. They still hold 10% Maybe now they will re assess and keep their remaining stake. If yes, should bounce more, if no, will take a few more months to absorb the stake, then it will rally if the news continues to improve. Seems likely. | palisz
05/8/2022 08:54 | FLX are using third party solutions wrapped in their Human IP. Pretty standard approach. Look at the plethora of consultancies that use Service Now and the like. My sense is that this looks a good play from here. Time will tell, have they finally cracked the go to market element? If they have and it look like they may have then the fundamentals here are strong if the execution is right. There are many Tech businesses which are looking to acquire Cyber/Data footprints. Typically the VC/PE backed ones. Another announcement which demonstrates progress in the execution of the go to market strategy would put this buisness straight into play with that community. The purchase price would be a function of revenue and not ebitda, though the ebitda trajectory will have to be good. Typically these kind of businesses in this environment command multiples of 4-30 times revenue and beyond, at the upper level they would own the IP and be pure play SAAS, with a successful few quarters behind it this would sit in the 4-8 times bracket, possibly mor. On the basis that there is a say 50% chance that they have the right idea on go to market and the upside being several times where we are and the downside say 50% it sits very happily at the higher risk , higher reward end of my portfolio. | paddyfool
05/8/2022 08:27 | mm's are the only winners in this one atm. I see another buyer at 0.7p that 72k sold at 0.567p but if we want to buy we have to pay 0.64p which is a huge difference | dave4545
05/8/2022 07:49 | I bought in yesterday in what was a strong update. The share price suggests that the company has no growth potential whereas in reality its exponential. At under 3million mcap with 2.8million in the bank and the listing itself is worth 1-2 million there is massive upside potential. I have spare cash ready to pounce if it drops further this morning as I intend to build a big position here. The share price does not reflect the current state of the business at all. It's worth at least 7.5million and the some. | wololol
05/8/2022 07:28 | I wish I could buy at 0.6p Mind you with all these idiots day trading refusing to hold I might just get that price this morning. | dave4545
04/8/2022 13:45 | As normal some idiot who probably paid higher this morning has been selling out via 150k max online blocks at 0.65p Can anybody actually hold a stock now on news more than a few hours ? | dave4545
04/8/2022 12:51 | A high level of advanced prospects' suggests it is a good one to hold from here | sclper
04/8/2022 12:09 | looks like an interesting punt I bought 3.2 million shares this morning. It is a punt. If the pipeline materialises in the the growth they want hen this will be a great investment. The loan is a worry though, so the growth has to come forward to pay it down. The £1.7 million decrease in cash from November 21 to £2.7 million today suggests a longer runway than I anticipated. Once they demonstrate that the debt can be paid down or that its neither here nor there in respect to its trajectory then this should go much higher. So Ive had a look and changed my earlier stance and invested. I recognise this is a punt, but I am also in this space elsewhere and understand its potential, hopefully this lot now have the management to succeed. | paddyfool
04/8/2022 11:08 | Guessing somebody bought in today is the seller at 0.7p and 0.653p because after that update and given how far it's dropped no long termer is going to sell this low. All that risk and fall and virtually no reward still. Might as well hold. | dave4545
04/8/2022 10:16 | they can, and they haven't. | paddyfool
04/8/2022 10:07 | Was wondering if the directors had bought more but maybe they cannot until after the results | dave4545
04/8/2022 09:36 | hmmm, perhaps not the basket case we thought? | paddyfool
04/8/2022 09:10 | Some massive delayed buys coming through | dave4545
04/8/2022 07:16 | Exciting update, given market cap similar to cash balance there is a lot of upside here. | amt
04/8/2022 06:48 | Update reads well. Should see benefits from increased pipeline in coming months | sclper
04/8/2022 06:44 | The way I look at it the shareprice has suggesting a complete horror show and it's the opposite. Still growing, and a lot of investment starting to bear fruit and still has cash balances the same as market cap. All time low share price this week, I mean it's doing better than stuff like OSI and punters love that one Should recover some lost ground | dave4545
04/8/2022 06:28 | Much as expected. They need to get a better handle on costs and up the conversion rate. Positive signs on that, I suppose | jonesy100
04/8/2022 06:19 | The Group expects to record a reduced adjusted EBITDA loss than in the previous year, despite having commenced an investment programme in the expansion of the cyber business following the disposal of the Assynt strategic intelligence divisions. The audit is very largely complete, no issues have been raised, and the audited results are expected to be announced in the middle of September 2022. | palisz
04/8/2022 06:17 | Trading update... Revenues are expected to be c.£3.5m (2021: £3.1m) representing organic growth of c.14%, mainly arising from improved professional services revenues. The Company moved to a new cyber security monitoring platform (Triarii) during the year and this, combined with higher services utilisation, has increased the gross margin to c.40% (2021: c.32%). At 30 June 2022, the Group had cash balances of £2.7m which were in line with budget. Mike Read, CEO of Falanx, commented: "We are very pleased with the Group's performance over the past few months which is benefiting from the focus on growing a pure play cyber security business. The recent investments in sales, marketing and new products has created a considerable pipeline of new business which is more significant than at any time in the Group's history. With a healthy balance sheet, we are able to focus on future growth and we are optimistic about outlook of the business." | palisz
03/8/2022 07:33 | Agree re need for update. I suspect revenue is growing respectably if unspectacularly and that they continue to have challenges in reducing overheads which means cashburn remains high. Have been impressed by social media and general vibe, but still too much jam tomorrow so far | jonesy100 |
