I wonder who bit the bullet today and sold out ?

I cannot see a fund like Amati selling random number chunks every 20 seconds like somebody has today online.

So clearly a pi with a half decent holding of 5-10 mil has given up and crashed the price today.

We need a update even more now

Fair point although at the time nobody really predicted the penny share market getting this bad.

Also these type of traders tend to do exactly the same, buying a stock flying to sell for a big loss then jumping in another riser only to take another loss, probably by now they have nothing left.

Wish FLX would issue a update, this is getting ridiculous

Day traders, how are any of them making money.

Some idiot bought 1.44 mil at 1.02p and sold them less then a hour later for 0.9p and that's before the RNS had showed up.

£1600 loss

Wonder what the "idiot" thinks now when the price has dropped 33% eh Dave? Just browsing back through old posts and this made me laugh.

Cash about 4m but borrowings about 1 million.
Turnover about 4m and strong growth expected so market cap of 4m does look very cheap.

Our core service offerings of penetration testing, and protective monitoring are doing well, have moved into profitability and provide us with a solid foundation for growth with their large customer bases.

And despite that cash has somehow more than halved in 6 months.

Sadly any selling in this market is going to batter the price because there's so little support

The valuation of £4.08 mil has finally reached a level where it's trading below last reported cash level

They were piling into this at 1.2-1.4p on the disposal news but that was a better market.

Quite a few vacancies

Lets hope that is still the case. Market cap now the last reported cash £4.3 mil so it still looks great value but in a bear market not many people prepared to buy in without news or momentum

Why would anybody follow a twitter account that buys into a stock then sells it again within minutes for a huge loss because they are too jittery to hold it.

You bought 700k via 4 smaller trades to give the impression multiple buyers then you sold the lot via 2 trades at 0.81p

Yes I think they will issue something. If they had nothing to say for a while I think they would be buying more shares but that has dried up.

The mm's are going for the kill in these quiet stocks, another mm dropped from 0.8p bid on that piddly little sale today, so 300k buy nothing, 43k sale drop the bid leaving just one left at 0.8p, I do not really want to buy more as this is my biggest holding ever in a stock of 30 years of trading and I do not want to go even deeper.

But the market cap is going to drop below their last reported cash at this rate so it might be hard not to have another nibble

There was one in October as well, expressed to be for the 6 months to September: "Falanx Group Limited (FLX.L), the AIM listed cyber security business, is pleased to update on trading for the six months period to 30 September 2021, and to announce further strengthening of its cash position."

So why not do an update for the full year as well?

No doubt not mandatory but poor investor relations

If you scroll to their news list the last 2 trading updates have both been in August so unless they plan for a earlier one or a surprise one then no we are not due.

Current valuation is now the last reported cash.

I think it's terrific value but nobody wants to play dead stocks in this market so until the next time it moves or jumps 10-20% we are stuck.

I think the company should use their cash and buy and cancel the Amati shares.

Would be a great move, clear a overhang and reduce the shares in issue win win

Shares would go nuts on it.

Nice to see 1 mil buy at 0.89p

500k available at 0.875p but of course in the background possibly slightly higher is the overhang with upto 65 million shares so that is probably stopping most getting involved.
