CFO bought a mill shares in two lots over two days. Odd, I don't think Selby would chuck £10k away, so what has he to gain? I'm guessing acquisition or takeover

very poorly managed business Im afraid, that has perpetually disappointed. I don't expect it to see out 2022. The next cash call should be the end.

How did they only end up with £4.3m in cash at the end of November?By my calculations they received £3.75m from the Assynt sale and borrowed £2.5m which totals £6.25m. Where did the difference of £1.95m disappear?

Why would they need more cash, They are awash with it. Acquisition?

So they sell a Buisness and borrow more cash generating just short of £6 million within two months they have £4.3 million cash. It's not necessarily a straight line but it does imply a cash raise in the new year. Buyers beware, or at least examine the cash statements in the latest announcement.

"Both our financial performance and position have markedly improved, and I am confident in Falanx's new direction and future."

Alex Hambro is a smart cookie.

Hopefully Falanx has finally turned into a profitable company.

Falanx is pleased to announce that it has received the final GBP1.5m balance under its GBP2.5m loan facility with BOOST&Co (the "Loan").

Agree with all this but interesting how market seems to be giving little value to the pure play. If 0.87p per share is Assynt, then the implied value of Cyber is little more than net cash

I agree yump.

I've got stocks worth way less than this making millions and I thought this was meant to be the boom of all booms for them and they still struggled.

Still for those who have suffered and stuck with them it's nice to get a decent spike so they have a option if they want to escape or stick with them longer.

The only people that will rerate it are those who have no clue about its history.

Cyber has been a growth market for years and all they’ve done is go backwards with occasional sideways periods.

500k cash left in March.

And a loss of...

Agreed but the market will re-rate this now. To where who knows but it will be up, that deal was huge for a market cap of £7.5m.

The problem with intraday news is the pump and dumpers on twitter glued to their news feed see it and pump it.

You can see their buys and sales easily, so if I was wanting to buy in I'd wait 2 days because their crowd refuse to hold the stocks, you will be able to match all the sales tomorrow with buys today for certain.

They should have saved that news for 7am

Not so yump. Consolidation is v good and concentrates the margin and focuses on the future. Its an all evolving thing cybercrime and FLX are in my opinion doing a great "Strategic" move.
