Experience of poor aim management, behavioural changes typically signal a change of business fortunes. The once uber chatty board with a fondness for flowery language and doing the big sell on little news have all suffered from collective amnesia when it comes to the SEND button.

Wow the speculation gets more ridiculous by the day. What possible reason would there be for a delisting? I think there's some chancers on here trying to drive the share price down so they can buy in.

I'm beginning to think a delisting is on the cards here. No contract or sales news worthy of an announcement from a usually very vocal bod, missed their own year end and public sector spending all but dried up on IT projects all imo dyor ofc.

The EOY Target date was end of July start of August, this was not a rumour or a poster on a BB. this was announced by falanx senior management team at an official falanx investors evening event.

Following on from the above I assume that something major may have occurred in the past few months as I can see no good reason why management would miss their own target for the EOY and allow this period off uncertainty for shareholders and customers to continue. It hardly helps the sales team to retain customers or get new customers having to explain the company share price is now at all time lows, if everything is going so well!!.

As IMO the possibility of there being no EOY results appears on the horizon, I expect a lot of dumping so under 1p soon is possible.


I will wait for the next RNS, whenever it happens, before commenting further and hope that my expectations are incorrect, either way it will be an interesting read and should replace speculation with facts.

Its no surprise that a share that has a BOD that perpetually puts out vacuous statements and then never even follows them up and has not done an update, continues downwards.

Does anyone remember the blagging about an enterprise version of Midgard that was going to be released to the development community last July (or may have been the one before) - or some such twaddle ? Never mentioned again and that wasn't the first thing that never got mentioned again.

nearlythere a lot of companies on AIM say stuff and then don't deliver. Sometimes you have to gamble. I am looking on the bright side like Daymer and hoping that finally FLX are going to deliver some positive news.

IMO as you are a holder of falanx shares you may have to get used to disappointment and learn to take all statements not supported by facts with a very very large pinch of salt.
I hope you are right, history however has a habit of repeating itself.

I have to say that as a holder of the shares I am not happy about the delay. I don't believe that they need funds. I just think that they shouldn't have made promises they couldn't keep. When they said results end of July/ beginning of August they should have made it clear that was a hope rather than a reality. It would have been far better to say results some time in August.
