The large trades today perhaps reflects that the market have finally realised there will not be or need to be any capital raise and the guidance given earlier this and expected guidance going forward with SWI entering will give substance to a significant re rating of the stock.You should at least another 25% before the figures and then room for upside post results.

Solar winds don't care if FLX shareholders are making money or whether FLX has made any money. They're just interested in the add-on monitoring stuff. They wouldn't care if FLX had spent £100mln on developing it and were making massive losses because they don't have the sales force or the contacts to sell in volume.

They're not buying FLX, they're just doing a deal that allows them to promote the tech. If it fits into the Solar Winds portfolio as an add-on, that's what they want.

You need to get around a bit in business to see how it works.

Meanwhile I await the flood of money coming in FLX's direction...
