12/8/2019 15:26 | Are you saying that the auditor will sign off the figures by a particular date even if they haven't finished the audit? In any case AIM rules require that audited accounts are prepared within 6 months of the year end so they are hardly pushing the deadline. If they get results out this week that's 6 weeks before the deadline. | enter
12/8/2019 14:31 | Utter tosh. That was in May. The auditor works for the business. Business says it wants results out by date X, auditor does what its told and agrees. 3 months to do the figures. Issuing a notice of results is routine. | yump
12/8/2019 11:51 | They couldn't issue a notice of results because they appointed a new auditor. Audits are a touchy subject these days with so many false numbers put out across the market so the auditor will take their time and make sure the numbers are good. | enter
12/8/2019 11:19 | Last year they issued a notice of results in July. This year nothing. Shows how much they value shareholders. | yump

12/8/2019 09:10 | You better have some deep pockets here then imo | mcrudden
12/8/2019 08:59 | If they had achieved anything notable they would be shouting it from the rooftops. If the '14 new logo contracts' were worth anything much, they'd have given the value. Or perhaps not, as they have always been very good at the positive talk with no numbers attached. I can guarantee you that they will mention revenue increases as if they've somehow grown them organically, when in fact they have bought other businesses and issued shares. That's pretty normal behaviour for businesses that are going nowhere fast. ... and yes of course I must be shorting. | yump
12/8/2019 08:42 | I'm with you Laptop. I think Falanx are just starting to get things together and I'm particularly interested in the period after the year end. If they are gaining traction with Solarwinds' customers it will be the turning point for the business. | enter
11/8/2019 20:24 | Lol...obviously you haven't been reading the RNSs or watching the presentations. Or watching the IIs buying or directors...good luck if your shorting your going to need ;-) they mentioned this in the interims :Post period end Falanx has won 14 further new logo contracts across the Group -- Tendering opportunities for new business are currently at record levels Mike Read, Chairman and Chief Executive | laptop15

11/8/2019 19:37 | Forward guidance for 3rd quarter was for organic growth. Let's hope 4th quarter was good too and the period since March may be exceptional with Solarwinds impact. None of the ii who put £4m in at 3p have sold any so thinking this could be a strong build to results presumably this week. Target 4p near term on a sense that we have reached the key pivot of breakeven in the post period update.Good margins and recurring revenue model seems like it could do very well. GLA | pakenham

09/8/2019 14:40 | Company should have over £2m cash - results next week, latest half supposed to be better than first half so could be a good rr. 'Whilst revenues for the first half, although well ahead of the same period last year, have been slightly lower than our original internal expectations due to reasons outlined above. We have regained strong momentum in our existing business activities during the second half. With the addition of the SolarWinds opportunity, the Directors expect this growth to be maintained into the next financial year.' | pakenham
09/8/2019 11:45 | Some nice buys going through. Worth a punt at these levels in my opinion. Expectations are not that high so any good news will see a sharp move up. | enter
09/8/2019 11:41 | Ramping has started in advance of next placing no later than Sep 2019. Follows a pattern from last year. Does the company think lots of mug punters around this time? | ebomber

06/8/2019 11:50 | I would call it lying, or complete incompetence (ie. not in touch with their own financial situation). I don't know which is worse. | yump
06/8/2019 10:34 | FLX valued at £7.11 million at time of writing. Probably £5 million too much! Mindful placing getting closer each and every day. NEXT PLACING NO LATER THAN SEP 2019 We should start seeing large forward sold stock from next week in anticipation of survival placing. sub 1 pence I'm afraid is coming. | ebomber
06/8/2019 10:09 | ALL IMO DYOR Enter We will see. So after an investors evening the share price hits another all time low. £0.01575 To be fair it must be difficult for the CEO to stand up and try to get investors interested when you are unable to provide any financial facts and figures on the companies performance last year and so far this year . The up side I suppose is that no one can ask you difficult questions on the financial details of the companies performance last year and so far this year. I assume the EOY, when it comes, imo will determine if the timing of the meeting was fortunate or unfortunate. | nearlythere
06/8/2019 09:39 | Oh no I thought someone was actually asking a genuine question. The usual arrogant know-it-all that seems to dominate BBs. | enter
06/8/2019 08:34 | Oh no, someone has fallen for the investor evening BS. Made you feel important did they ? | yump |
