As shareholder i await the delayed results I'll be looking for clear indication and demonstration on cash generation and delivering Profits for this year looking for real numbers. Going forward need plenty of info on New deals in the pipeline and cross selling upgrades from the recent acquisitions for high margin MidGard service. Clear demonstration on how they are planing to Eat Splunks Lunch with revolutionary V2 MidGard. Confirmation of break even is the first step market needs on the 14th along with current year profits guidance.. Make the right noises and the shares will rocket

Only time will tell but I disagree With your take.. imo this is probably the best time in companies history they have all the cogs in place with growing high margin MidGARD revenues hence the reason for my medium term target of 60p and beyond.

IMO the above may mean 200 million shares, 2.5p to 3p to buy another company and raise a couple of million to keep the lights on, we have seen this before with the 3.4 million first base and an extra 1million cash.

With the lack contracts for midgard it may be they have buy other companies to access to more sellable products. I still expect the number of shares to be raised from 500 million to 1 or 2 billion.

Good news may have different meaning for different people, with Midgard released for nearly a year IMo if "everything is on track" were are the midgard contracts? and another takeover is no replacement for those profit making contracts.

Although I don't share your 60p price target I think you're right. Listening to that has only reinforced my view that we're in for some good news, and about time too! Next few years this stock is only going one way. As for the placing at 2p? LOL.
