Well, they've improved things, albeit in a very +ive background,
but I'm sure glad I didn't pay 10p in last summer's frenzy!

It could be some time before they return there IMO.
Still, it's an interesting situation so I'll keep an eye on it.

Still no mention of sales...for this kind of stuff the time from interest to closure is around 3 to 6 months, so we should have seen sales by now.

Forecasting at least £6 million T/O this year, should be profitable this year from that, don`t forget that the market tends to look forward.

Interims due in three months should give us a good idea how this year will turn out.

Colin I think the reality is he was let go. Its likely that there was little or no due process around his performance, this would mean that you have to pay a settlement. It happens all the time. As part of the settlement the announcement would have been agreed. It just highlights that this is a very small company that is not very well managed. When you mess up a departure of an under performer you have to pay as the rules are stacked against the employer.On another point it's interesting to note the continued development of MidGuard, this emphasis suggests that it may not yet be suitable for deployment.....
