24/8/2018 16:54 | A placing at 1.5p won’t raise much Have they appointed turner pipe to raise rescue cash? How on earth will pay the wages next month? | opodio
24/8/2018 16:48 | Rathean Oddly enough I have come across the SaaS business model before and its obviously attractive. The issue is really whether it benefits earnings, if they're paying for revenue by acquisition. SaaS could be 90% of revenues, but if they've only got the revenue by issuing shares and it doesn't increase earnings per share, it matters not. | yump
24/8/2018 15:38 | With increased selling pressure this afternoon looks like FLX will end on 5 year low. Unfortunately struggling to see, in the immediate term, how that downward trend is going to stop. Just wish they would get that placing announced and out of the way so we have a new baseline price. | ebomber
24/8/2018 14:00 | In excess of 1 million net sells today. For those chartists let the trend be your friend. Just need the confetti news to have more substance to avoid share price collapse. | ebomber
24/8/2018 12:41 | Like the people and company but biding my time to wait for any opportunity that may possibly emerge to buy in cheaper. If it doesnt go lower , no problem, there are plenty of others! | escapetohome
24/8/2018 12:36 | Great potential after the placing. Rather pick up at sub-2 pence than current high valuation. I have skin in the game. I'm short until sub 2 pence. | ebomber
24/8/2018 12:31 | Yump you are i presume purposefully ignore the SaaS business model? The whole point of a subscription based automated service is that's it's a story of ever increasing cash flow, profit and as new features come online, margins. This is early days so I agree the bod will continue to flower up their rns and numbers... if they fail with product trials in the MoJ then I agree with your summation, but otherwise there is potential here imo dyor ofc. | rathean
24/8/2018 12:05 | We all know how this is going to go. Repeated acquisitions with fund-raises, followed by headlining the revenue growth, which will suck in a few more punters, on the basis that it sounds like its growing. Without like for like (like that's likely!) figures, nobody will know if the underlying business is or is likely to be profitable. But they will feature EBITDA, plus a load of exceptionals and amortisations of intangibles, which can then be corrected to show 'real' growth. The first time I saw this was back in the 80's. There's nothing new here. If you invest in a business that has no profitable track record before it floats, then ask why have they floated ? It cannot be for expansion, as they haven't got anything to expand. You're just participating in a business experiment, whether the BOD have super-integrity or not. | yump
24/8/2018 12:01 | Dave4545 well said. I sold half my holding into the recent spike for a modest profit, not because my margins are narrow but because I do not trust the bod.I didn't sell all because I think despite themselves their product, skill base and pending Government contracts following their trial period should see this business reach and push beyond b/e in subs alone.I do expect another cash call, probably their last keeping the lights on issue, beyond that I expect share issues to fund acquisitions - to date their choices have been small fry, although the accumulate value will show through. So, this time next year we'll be millionaires remains the mantra - I'm happy to hold and double up AFTER their last bau placing. | rathean
24/8/2018 11:38 | Interesting how Cos are using Twitter to ramp now, you ppl like Kaka and nw99 following their every word Ermmm .., now you hold a loss making Co just like your holdings Investments by gullibles | jailbird
24/8/2018 10:29 | PJ1. Thanks for your points, I agree they haven't been, shall we say transparent. My stance is the same wait and see. All the best | toyin
24/8/2018 09:52 | toyin. I certainly feel they at least mis-led me at UKIS where I challenged them over their previous RNS'd claim s that other substantial Contracts were expected to be won, and announced. Their answer was to claim that the NOMAD prevented them RNS' what they wanted. However, it has become apparent that they didn't win these contracts and that their answer to me was at least misleading as they should have said they were delayed, or similar. I also challenged them over funding, but due to previous history with me I have hedged they like to play on words, so I distrust them at the moment. You will also see I did report back that I didn't like the BoD's brash and over confident manner on the stand at UKIS. Which again proved, imo, to be a false front. However, lets see what materialises in the short term. | pj 1
24/8/2018 09:37 | Down again, ready for the next fund raise. I spoke to management and they told me this and told me that, lol What a gullible fool | owenski
23/8/2018 17:37 | PJ1 I am talking in the context of these morons. If an acquisition comes along of course but for day to day running no funds needed. | toyin
23/8/2018 17:34 | ''we don't need any funds''. What does that mean? So if a major acquisition was targeted then they wouldn't need any funds? Right oh. A betting man would gamble that the next acquisition includes disguised surplus funds for working capital, as they did before. They have form. | pj 1
23/8/2018 16:13 | why don't companies just suspend if they are looking to raise monies, would cut all this underhand stuff out. pi's get shafted every time. | still waiting
23/8/2018 16:07 | Placing coming imho This could lose another > 40% from here if Turner Pope are involved in the placing 1.5p yes one and a half pence possible i believ | onjohn
23/8/2018 16:02 | Dreadful bargepole stock | owenski |
