Is the IP protected by patent?

NO. Nothing special then.

Already copied and integrated into competitor product suites.

Nothing revolutionary about MidGard. Lots of other products out there from much bigger companies (e.g. IBM, Dell, Splunk). Doesn't appear to do Machine Learning either and just looks at logs with some data enrichment and correlation. And if you look on Linkedin there appear to be only 5 people in their SOC. Not enough for 24/7?! This offering is still early days and needs time, and more investment, to grow.

Are tickets to the "100p Party" in the post David ?

The co is on the verge of significant growth and I can see the price back up to 10p in no time and 100p within 5 years.

Professor Pettigrew (FLX) 14 Sep '17 - 09:03
J777J - I can see 100p by this time next year.

Falanx is in its strongest ever position, and is shortly to launch upgrade V2 MidGARD to its most powerful platform for Multinationals with in-house socs with no competitor in sight. Revenues are evidently growing rapidly which should push the Co into profitability this FY. Confirmation of break even coming soon...

If Falynx hadnt bought secure stormit HMRC would have put it into liquidation

there was no money to pay staff

Net liabilities were approximately GBP130,000 at 31 May 2018. These are mainly due to HMRC where a deferred payment scheme has been agreed and is in place.

doesnt inspire confidence

if you fail to make payments in line with the agreed schedule, HMRC will cancel your arrangement and may add additional penalties. This can eventually lead to severe legal action such as a enforcement order notice or winding up petition.

You are missing the point. However great the technology a company requires time to sell the product or service and receive revenue streams.

FLX need the money to pay bills right now. They don't have it right now.

They need to fundraise until such time they start to make a net profit.

Fundraise imminent. After fundraise consider buying at sub-3 pence. Expect 40% fall in share price.

Securestorm has already started paying it has given Falanx the ability to cross sell to a set of new clients and additional accreditation's to pursue new lines of business. That doesn't seem bad for £100k and some options thrown in!Additionally the choice of an industry expert like Tony Richards to take a stake in the company, rather than cash, gives further comfort in the new technology that will shortly be rolled out that has the potential to take the company to the next level.

"#Falanx have "plans to occupy a huge portion of the cyber security market", estimated to soon be worth $170bn(!)"

It's already occupied, just not by FLX

Cyber security aint nothing new plenty of companies out there making real money already, something not right with this business.

If you missed RPT RNS - you could say its a stormer - up 50% now...
Increased P1 reseves by around 1500%!!!!! Not going to comment on the rest, have a read....

Add to it 40 million USD in the bank
Heading for 4,000 boepd production....

Some comments from twitter below

#RPT A truly gigantic reserves upgrade for O&G holding #RegalPetroleum. About to catch a flight but am totally ecstatic by this news. Totally oustanding. 1P (proved) soar from 1.9mmboe to 27.8mmboe and a further 24 wells. Gobsmacked! investegate.co.uk/regal-petroleu…

Dont waste your time and miss the boat, this is still seriously undervalued.

For those who missed out on TERN from 4p, I honestly think we could see a similar yet more sustainable rise from #FLX. #Falanx have "plans to occupy a huge portion of the cyber security market", estimated to soon be worth $170bn(!). DYOR:falanx.com/invest-in-cybe...MTP62
