Can anyone tell me why live concerts have never been broadcast on PPv TV?

I get the opportunity here, what I’m wondering is why this PPV is only available to those with a VR headset, why not PPV like tonight’s boxing so I can watch with friends or whilst having a drop of wine with the wife?
