Just chill Hywel. The point I was making was that if I get more thumbs up than you do, there must be more people agree with me than you, at least on this board. What's more, can you not see that Melody will be best judged 24-36 months down the line? Not at a point when they've only just launched. Nobody with any sense is going to expect a 7-figure profit within a few months of launching.

'CloudTag' LOL

Cloudtag never had a product, never sold anything!

Melody have been creating their product (one day a great back catalogue of value) and as I understand been selling their services.

What? Why would I care about thumbs up? This is isn't a popularity contest. There you are, I've just given you one, does it make you feel better? Does it ease the pain on the EVRH losses?
Birt, you do know this isn't about longs vs shorts don't you? The company will fail or succeed on it's own merits. A handful of shorters or sceptics isn't going to bring the company down.
Sure, there's a chance it could be a Spotify, but on the balance of probabilities it's more likely to be a CloudTag.

Another incisive and informative post from Hywel. Hypocrisy at its most pathetic, but he can’t see me so won’t get this message. Truly the new costax!

What is there for Spotify to take over or to merge with ? How many regular paying users does MelodyVr have to interest Spotify?

It cannot take a lot for this company to make it. Taking a line through Spotify who do things differently but are in the same line of business (who doesn't like music?), they now have 180 million users, about half of which pay for the service. If Melody were to capture just 5 per cent of Spotify's payers, that would give them 4 million users. Obviously the numbers are hypothetical, but if each user contributed just £50 p.a. to Melody's coffers, that's a return of £200 M. A P/E ratio of 20 would not be unreasonable (it would probably be more on NASDAQ) and would give a value of £4billion. Interestingly despite being valued at around $22 billion, Spotify have never made a profit, (they monetise totally differently from Melody), and are not popular with Taylor Swift and others who do not earn much from them. Given there is a connection between the two, Melody's CMO used to work for Spotify, what chance a merger or take out at some point in the future?

Happy to discuss warrants old chap. When were the latest issued and at what price? What was the share price then? Define 'like confetti' as it's a bit like a throw away deramp rather than meaningful contribution.Oh, no I'm on filter so you won't see this. FFS you make costax look credible.
