12/4/2018 07:52 | Kreature it wouldn't be the first time an AIM company had claimed to "have partnered with" a huge US tech giant only to eventually reveal that meant they'd signed up online to use their API. Can anyone provide evidence that Oculus or FB are actually investing their time and importantly money integrating with MVR? (Hint: cos the directors told me during a cost chat doesn't count) | loglorry1
12/4/2018 07:50 | Roll on launch so I can see what they have for myself as I can't stand too much more of this. Does anyone actually admit to being influenced to buy or sell by any posts on here? It must work or they wouldn't do it but some of the comments and thoughts allegedly held are breathtakingly stupid yet they are peddled again and again.Or is it just an attempt to push up the traffic numbers cos that's what it feels like it's so blatantly ridiculous. | trumpingtonsmythe
11/4/2018 21:56 | 1. So the Telefonica agreement has already expired ? 2. The March 2016 agreement with a major record label is only for the display of 12 tracks at launch of the app, so looks to have no significant value at all ? 3, I don't see any agremments with FB/Occulus at all ? Looks like anyone at all can sign up for an Oculus Developer account here: | kreature
11/4/2018 21:53 | a sequence of single notes that is musically satisfying; a tune. | trumpingtonsmythe
11/4/2018 21:38 | So when do all of the 2016 licensing agreements expire ? looks like the Telefonica agreement has expired already | kreature
11/4/2018 17:45 | Igbert, there has been no change to the details of the principal directors for over 2 years. If they have bought new houses they are not living in them. Seems a waste. Ho hum. | maxdba85
11/4/2018 17:44 | Logs, those questions are moot for a company at this stage of development. Perhaps you need to look at contracts, content recorded, partners working with etc and gauge success from that? So potential rather than actuals drive the share price. You could say that melody have been a roaring success if that's the measure and the share price was too low and has only just caught up to reflect potential. Believe in the potential and buy shares, don't believe it has potential and short but I would suggest it's folly to look for fully developed financials in new tech start ups. | trumpingtonsmythe
11/4/2018 17:27 | Consider this fact - the Box office smash hit Black Panther which was only released 2 months ago cost US$200m to produce and probably a further US$50m to market and yet until a few weeks ago it was "pre-revenue". Some on this Bulletin Board might have suggested its potential pre-launch was limited or baseless when in fact it has already generated US$1.3bn in worldwide box office receipts and is still going strong. Hmmm so what's not to like about MelodyVR's potential when you have signed ALL of the world's major Artists, Labels and Publishers and lined up deals for Global Distribution with the leading VR manufacturers?! A launch is less than one month away and the price will be at least 20p by then valuing company at circa £250m but like Black Panther with a lot more upside still to come. | chrisfillyourboots
11/4/2018 15:36 | Yes. The directors sold a few Mill each to buy a nice house. And the willing buyers are now sitting on a massive profit. Everybody happy except you it seems. Ho hum. | igbertsponk
11/4/2018 14:53 | I seem to remember directors selling quite a few shares, which could be considered to be a huge success depending on your point of view I spose. But the 160m cap is just baseless isn't it ? Does anyone even understand the profit margins expected after paying all the music rights etc... and then there's PLC costs etc etc? Where's the user base? How many thousands are signed up? Why is there no social networking platform to support this project. and I don't meant Twitter...but a dedicated platform perhaps just part of the missing app? Where is it ? ok rant over. sorry about that. ATB | kreature
11/4/2018 13:51 | No Trumpington we are saying the fact that the share price has gone up a lot doesn't mean the company has achieved a great deal. JakNife was asking what success the company has had in terms of sales, profits, cash flow, user numbers etc. | loglorry1
11/4/2018 12:15 | Sorry, are you all saying it's bad to make a profit on a share (short or long) unless it's operating like a FTSE100 company? | trumpingtonsmythe
11/4/2018 10:44 | They surely live in a VR ! | loglorry1
11/4/2018 10:25 | JakNife they are most happy with share price performance 😀 | loglorry1
11/4/2018 10:05 | the perceived successes? | kreature
11/4/2018 09:53 | JakNife you are not reading this board properly. They've clearly told you that there's been loads of success. | loglorry1 |
