@bobby then how did they build the library so fast given that. They only bought MVR a few months ago. Either the library was in the purchase in which case it is worth way less than 5M of they've built it since but you say that's impossible.

Loglorry I agree as of today Spotify is too far of a leap (but maybe in future) however I fundamentally disagree on the replication point. It's not possible to build a library of this size quicker than the realtime events take place. If a typical concert was say a couple hrs you'd need 3,000 of them!! Even at 1 event every day of the calendar year you'd be looking at yrs to catch up & that's assuming EVRH stopped adding more recordings. Then add the yrs of work signing up their partners etc. Evrh are market leaders and first mover & that wont change any time soon!!

I think you are nuts comparing this to Spotify but hey ho whatever. Spotify and any number of other players could replicate what they have very quickly if they have not done so already. Good luck though.

Have you guys all seen Tones77777 summary of Zeus Capital's future capitalisation on lse?I asked him should these profits occur what would that mean for the share price. He replied:Opinion: No OpinionPrice: 13.20RE: Billion RevenueSun 12:17ChirpIt's a billion dollars forecasted so about c£750m by 2021 but those figures are quite conservative IMO.As for valuation goes, it's impossible to gauge how those work - as industry valuation depends on a multitude of factors not just revenue multiples. Spotify for example had revenues of c$3bn for year-ended Jun 17 with the forecast of $4bn in 2018 yet their market valuation as of now is close to $30bn which is a 7.5 multiple of revenue alone. This whilst their losses last year was c0.5bn and expected to be around the same this year. Going by similar metrics, 2021 should see MelodyVR valued at anything upwards of £3.5bn as per Zeus forecast. Compare that to the current mcap of £150m.It's all hypothesis however what I can say with conviction is that the potential is enormous and the current valuation does not reflect the amount of work, content, partnerships and the revolution that has just begun. If you go back a few pages, I posted a couple of bits around how cheaply we are currently valued. I firmly believe we must be closer to a billion on launch or atlleast by the end of the year but the market hasn't woken up to the strides made by management and the product just yet which gives so much of upside for potential investors who haven't yet noticed what MelodyVR is all about. GL!

So the 600 hours may have been included in the 5M acqusition cost? I've not seen much spend capitalised since then so I guess that's included.

Don't think I used the word "exclusivity" im my last post

You wrote :-

and with all the major music labels already sewn up by MVR

Can you tell me what you meant by this if you did not mean that there is some sort of lasting exclusivity agreement in place?

Loggers - the cost has not been declared, and neither has the amount of video that existed pre-acquisition. All that has been said is that Melody has worked with .....

I just said "certain rights", you must be looking at something else.

Thanks max. Do you know how much of the 6000 hours of unique video was included in the MVR £5m acquisition and how much was recorded post acquisition? If the catelogue was created post acquisition how much did that cost?

You talk a lot about lasting exclusivity but I can't find much in any RNS that points to that.

Happy to be put right in these things.

@kreature I suspect if tomorrow the share price opened at a market cap of £5M then you'd be tearing your hair out not just splitting hairs.

I assume therefore that valuation does matter to you.

I'm not knocking the valuation just trying to understand why something that had a fair value of £5M is suddenly valued by the stock market at £150m+

Do we really need to split hairs over £5m and £150m?

Well you could have bought Melody VR 30 times over as it turns out.

Other than the remaining cash that's the only company asset so why is it now worth 30x as much as it was worth just over a year ago.

It's not 'so much' is it? What else can you buy for £150m these days? A few pairs or jeans perhaps, a new car, and around 600 houses? It soon goes

I'm wondering why Melody VR is worth so much now when it only cost £5m?

I get that EVRH could have added some value but it seems a stretch to add so much to justify current m/c

Emergo on Twitter Both #EVRH and #MATD trending under major horizontal resistances. I think we see a move to mid 20's on these two over the coming months and a much needed knock-on boost for AIM liquidity, given retail interest. My updated charts for both will be up on Sunday.#isthisacrossramp :)

BBTABLET In reply I just wanted to point out that there is always competition in the creative industries between tv, gaming, movies & music. There is a large enough demand in the digital space to satisfy all markets. Hope that helps.

I prefer '2016' to 'coming weeks'. 2016 sounds sooner imo
